I made 2-$9.99 purchases that each included a wheel spin I hit $10.00 on both wheel spins and wasn't credited for either one.
I contacted the supposed 24/7 worthless support people via email waited and waited for a response several/many hours later they responded with nothing but lies upon lies claiming that everything had been credited accordingly and telling me other non related worthless information not pertaining to the issue at hand.

Jumbo88 needs to be investigated for fraud and shut down.

It's no good piles of shit like this that makes me leary to trust anyone..id like to know how worthless garbage like these cheating, fraudulent, stealing, crooks, lying jerks keep getting away with this bullshit.

What was once my go-to sweepstakes casino has now become the one I vehemently avoid. Casino loyalty is malicious, and unfortunately Jumbo88 takes advantage of that.

I cannot speak for the live casino titles as I exclusively play slots. When I first joined Jumbo88, winning was frequent. That’s how they hook you. In the not-so-distant past I’ve been able to redeem significant amounts of SC for cash. After a while, though, it has become apparent that the frequency of wins had dropped off. A lot. Although I cannot prove it, it seems that Jumbo88 has artificially manipulated the RTP for most of the games that I play. Avid gamblers who play the same games often recognize a pattern in which what games pay more frequently than others. My go-to is almost exclusively titles from “3 Oaks Gaming”. After a while — and significant amounts of $$$ spent later — it has become clear that the RTP has been tampered. Yes, RNG is fundamental, but it’s obvious the programming has been changed. That’s the hook. You chase the losses assuming it’s a fluke, only to be led down the proverbial rabbit hole.

If you’re considering playing on Jumbo88, I advise you to recognize the following:

- If you win, redeem when you can and then close your account! The longer you play on this platform, the worse your odds of winning become. Read the former.

- DO NOT spend money on their “Super Spins” packages. The “Super Spins” wheel is rigged to always land on the value you paid. Nothing more.

- Their “Responsible Gaming” stipulation is misleading. I am an addict. I have stated this on several occasions with their support staff, only for them to reopen my account when I simply ask them to do so. Despite my circumstances, they know what they’re doing and it’s blatantly predatory. Just be mindful of this if you’re in a similar predicament.

- There is no live chat for support and their only medium is by direct email. Their response time is painfully slow.

- If there’s one positive thing I can say about Jumbo88 it’s this: They DO pay out. The redemption time, in my experience, is processed within 24 hours from submission to payment received. Also, Jumbo88 only allows one redemption request per 24 hour period. That’s important to know.

For the reasons I stated prior, I would advise new players to consider alternative sweepstakes casinos. While Jumbo88 does indeed pay out, their business practices are unethical and exploitative.

They actually paid out when I won but they don't give any sc daily at all it's always going to be gold coin

I completed a redemption and was skeptical at first. Jumbo88 was very transparent with the process and delivered exactly what they said they would. I love their shots and their customer service is exceptional.

I'm giving them 1 star Zero if i could. I did my verification and it says I'm all verified and purchased coins. Then when I went to play it says need to verify email. I've requested the email verification in at least 15 emails to them. Emails they say they will get back to you in minutes that's not true. As far as I'm concerned until they fix my account they are nothing but scammer

I'm giving 5 stars, I really don't like when I see people giving 3 stars just because they took 5 days to pay them. Would I like that, no! But I'm understanding that it's a business and I'm winning money from them. Sometimes they need to verify, sometimes they have thousands of requests. The daily spins and bonus spins are a scam. They always only give fake currency I would recommend any other site that actually gives you some bonus sc to play with. This site sucks.

Here is what my data actually shows: I made one successful redemption of $1,450 worth of Sweeps Coins — proof that I met the 1x playthrough requirement. After that redemption, I continued playing and spent an additional $384.73 via Apple Pay across multiple purchases, completing 976 documented game transactions. Despite all of that post-redemption spending and play, my Sweeps Coin balance never came close to reaching the 100 SC minimum required for a second redemption. I ended up with a balance of just 0.02 SC. Not close. Not even in the same ballpark. The $384.73 went in and effectively disappeared.

When I raised concerns with support, I received boilerplate replies and then silence. For a site that advertises "no purchase necessary" and exciting chances to win, this gap between the marketing and the lived experience is enormous.

I have filed a formal complaint with the FTC about Jumbo88's practices (Report #199230669). If you are thinking about playing here, especially if you are already struggling with gambling impulses or finances, please hear this as a warning: protect your money, your time, and your mental health. There are better ways to find a little hope than feeding a system that feels designed to take and take while giving you almost nothing back.

I won 800$ on this casino I redeemed well over a week ago and my withdrawal is still on pending review would not recommend better off going to a highly vouched casino disappointing.

Good games, daily bonuses could be better but occasionally are pretty sweet. Next day redemption to debit card is a huge plus
