Made the rookie mistake of not reading the 1* reviews. I too bought the 100$ 150 pack. 25x requirement. Basically just stealing our money. Shoulda read the fine print…

Support only responds once then never again. I paid for the extra sc spin and win and win 25 sc each time they were never credited to my account. I have redeemed within 24 hours but that’s business days only and again no support it’s Email so you’re left waiting which with your money isn’t a good feeling I don’t recommend them at all I have played lots of places this one is sketchy remember when it bites you in the butt that you read this and did nothing

Well I've had a couple issues with this casino!!! I've had their game rob me and then tell me they were going to do nothing about it there was no glitch in the game when I was playing it and I was paid out with the right amount when I was not I even had screen recordings proving I was not paid out what I was supposed to be paid out!!!! THEN YESTERDAY I MADE A PURCHASE OF $20 AND I EARNED A FREE WHEEL SPIN FOR DOING SO WHICH I WON $20 FREE SC WHEN I SPUN THE WHEEL. BUT THE CASINO NEVER GAVE ME MY MONEY THAT I WON!!!

THEY CLAIM THEY HAVE 24/7 CUSTOMER SUPPORT BUT I HAVE SENT THEM MULTIPLE UPON MULTIPLE EMAILS REGARDING MY MONEY THAT THEY DIDN'T CREDIT ME AND I HAVE YET TO RECEIVE A RESPONSE AND IT'S ALMOST BEEN 24 HOURS ALREADY!!!! NOT REALLY SURE THAT I WOULD SUGGEST THIS CASINO TO BE COMPLETELY HONEST SEEMS LIKE A BUNCH OF SCAMMERS TO ME WHO LIKE TO ROB PEOPLE FOR THEIR MONEY!!! AND MAKE BROKEN PROMISES THEY CAN'T FOLLOW THROUGH ON!!!

I won some money, when I went to redeem it Jumbo 88 sent the payment under the name “null”… the $500 I won was sent back and now I don’t see the credit on my account. I feel like I got scammed.

So far so good just had my first big win haven’t received it yet I remain hopeful if it goes through def a 5 star casino I would recommend to anyone

I was referred to jumbo88 by deadspin. Deadspin said a 1x playthrough was required for SC redemption, which is standard. Bought a package. Played through 1x. Then tried to redeem only to discover that I needed to play through another 2000 worth of Sweeps coins. No where in the purchase process was this advertised. They entrap you and the only way out is to lose money.

I signed up, verified my identity and bought a sweepscoin promotional package of $150 for $100. This casino states its 1x playthrough. I won $200 and went to redeem my winnings and they implemented a 15x playthrough requirement, which is $2,250. They won't respond to my emails or messages. This is a scam site, do not play here!!!

Purchased a 150SC for$ 100 package, and was surprised with a 2250 wagering requirement. Arcade games only contribute 10%, slots count 100%, and best case scenario at a 97% RTP i'd be left with around $80 at the end. Totally fraudulent and I don't see them staying in business long if they continue like this.

Its unfortunate that yet another sweepstake casino has left me here to write a one star review, but i have no other option. I have been playing Jumbo88 for a few months, never winning enough to redeem. Finally, i grew my balance to a healthy $1,000 and decided it enough. I attempted a redemption request but received an error code. I messaged Jumbo88 and they suggested a list of things to try, but to no avail. After several messages, they said they fixed the problem on their end and to try again. Finally, 5 days after winning on August 23rd, i requested a redemtion. A week later, their website still showed my redemption as pending. I emailed customer service and they said it has been approved and sent to my bank. I asked my credit union and they could not confirm this. I messaged Jumbo again and they were quick to answer, ..."sometimes it takes a few days". I waited and watched. One day, i was no longer able to see past redemptions on their website. They had removed that option from the transaction history tab. I messaged now 4 times since then and have yet to get a response. It is now September 7th, 15 days after my initial request and Jumbo88 is ghosting me.
