I ordered for hot 7 pro, till date I Haven't recieved any phone from jumia.

Jumia should take business serious else konga and Telefonika will surely shot them down!

Not bad at all, just that to impress with their prices they tend to link up with shops selling low quality stuffs. I guess I was lucky to know a lot about phones. Reason why I got my red-mi phone in good shape and state. Been using it for close to 9 months now.

Not even worth one star. Useless scam. Advertised products not even stocked, orders cancelled after confirmation of delivery. Do not pay before delivery. Choose COD to protect yourself. Pathetic company. CIRCUS.

رغم ان جوميا من اكبر الشركات التسويق الاكتروني في مصر لكن برضة يعتبر لحد دلوقتي نظامها ضعيف 👎خصوصا في مجال خدمة العملة و خدمة ما بعد البيع و اسواء ما فيها jumia pay
اشتريت منتج في شهر نوفمبر و بسبب غلطة عندهم معرفوش يوصلوا و انا كنت دافع الفلوس عن طريق jumai pay و الفلوس رجعتلي في ٢٣ يناير يعني بعد تقريبا ٣ شهور😱 و المشكلة ان ملهمش رقم اتصل بي🙁 مكنش قدامي حل غير الميل و الشات علي ماسنجر و كل شوية واحد يكلمني و يقولي هنحولك الفلوس و ابعتلهم بياناتي الشخصية اكتر من مرة و انا مش عارف هما مش عارفين يحولها علي الفيزا و لا بيكسلوا و كل شوية يقولواي بيانات غلط 🤬😡
طب غلط ازاي ى انا شغال بيها و استلمت الفلوس من البريد بعد معاناه😤
خلاصة الكلام بلاش تتعامل مع jumia pay، حاول تتاكد ان المنتج الي هتجيبة مش هترجعة عشان متتسوحش التسويحة السودة😓

I bought items and is over three months and I haven't heard anything again

I was inconvienced at every turn with my order and all customer care could say is I’m sorry but this is our policy.absolutely pathetic!Not worth a dime saved in any of this discounts.

I bought a fake 43" TV, and pictures quality is the worst tv I've ever seen so far, the name of the TV is PANDA 43 INCH TV my order number is 318372588

Poor customer experience when family ordered from KFC. First, delivery person delivered the wrong meal. Called Jumia to complain and they called driver back. Then the meal was missing part of the order. Called again three times as was on hold until it was picked up and then they hung up. Eventually spoke to someone who said they would talk to the restaurant and call me back. She didn't. I called back and spoke to someone else who apologised for the issue and them asked me to suggest what they should do about it. I suggested that it was their job to offer solutions and could she escalate and call me back. This she did after 10 minutes. The offer was for a voucher to the value of the missing item. I told her that this was only of use if I was using their service which was a long shot given the service this time. Would not recommend.

Out of over 100 orders , a few hiccups majority successful orders and happy clients and happy client myself. the customer care service as well Juliet,Marian, Kevin

Ordered Binatone cooker, delivery was done late after making several calls. The oven turned to be gas when the descriptions indicate electric. Am sure am never using Jumia services again. The tears of your customers is your downfall journey.

Always overheats n cant keep charge for4 hours after a full charge

i ordered for a phone and paid via mobile money, after waiting for almost two weeks for delivery, jumia cancelled my order without having requested for it and have refused to refund me within 3-4 business days. i am very disappointed at Jumia and will probably never use jumia ever again!

the worst.....been waiting for a refund for 4 months.Greg and the lady are the worst,including their so called manager Achmad..these people are literally day robbing us,i want my money back 300000516!!!

Has the worst customer service, very unproductive, unprofessional, and lack communication skills.
Useless is a suitable word to describe them.
They probably don’t even know what social means!
The company should either close down or change all their staff.
Utterly useless.
Maybe the company is low budget and employing pointless and illiterate people.

J'y étais un jour à leur dépôt. C'était déjà suffisant pour avoir une idée clair .la logistique des dépôts de marchandises. Le temps d' attente .le bruit le désordre. Tout ça pour enfin dire que c normal que plusieurs personnes ont été trop déçu par leur service et surtout leur soit disant. (Black friday) c noir en effet puisqu'il faut être un diable pour gagner un produit sous promotion. Heureusement que nous avons des sites de notation et d'évaluation. Pour moi c nul nul nul .voila c tout. Hellas domage qu' une boîte soit ainsi.

I ordered a 32 inch Digital Satellite TV and paid via Mobile money. In two weeks my item was not ready. Their systems had sent me message that my order is cancelled when i never cancel the order. My money has not been refunded and i keep calling for days now only for them to keep telling me we are sorry. I don't advise any body to patronize Jumia in Ghana. Please don't buy from them, for me they are fraudsters. Customer call center is also annoying, with voice interactions instead of an agent talking to Us.

I just want to share my first time online experience with Jumia. I ordered a bag.... it came on time but the quality and size was completely different from the picture shown online. When I called them to return they said that they’ll send someone to collect the item, do a quality check and then refund my money. The very next day I received an email saying that my issue has been marked as resolved. After calling them several times, till date no one has come to collect the parcel. In fact one of the agents told me to call the delivery person myself and get the parcel picked up????? Very pathetic service. Will never shop from Jumia again.

People complain because it's a way of life and there's no day we will be satisfied in life. Long story short I ordered my items they arrived on time even though some delayed maybe it's because the agent has to move from place to place before reaches me I understand that but my concern is with the cables in electric items they are too short. Customer service check, Uka fan check, didn't receive my black bracelet hop it's on the way coming. Others haven't tried will get back to you, in the mean time. Jumia the best online shopping. And by the way this is my first time to shop with Jumia
