Quickly responded to and replaced a minor fault after 1.5yrs of ownership at no cost, great trampoline and service, highly recommended

Brilliant tramp! Arrived in 2 days.
We have it on the verge and kids from the whole neighborhood are using it. Best buy ever for getting the kids off the screens!

Any questions or issues we had they sorted out asap via email. An item got damaged in transport and they sorted out a replacement straight away.

Legit good company, that understands customer service, which these days is soooo rare.

During the last wind storm our trampoline net was destroyed and I called Jumpflex and they had a net in the mail that same day. Awesome customer service and very friendly and knowledgeable staff. If only all companies had such smooth transactions!

The best trampoline you can get. My kids love it, I have 4 children, and I needed a Trampoline that could take all their weight. It is the only trampoline that will take 250kgs. I researched Trampolines thoroughly before buying, I found one that took 200 kgs in weight, but most trampolines only go up to 150 kgs some only 100kg in weight. Delivery was super quick. And my 4 kids love it because all of them can play on it at the same time safely. I also got the basketball board attachment and the kids are having great fun using it. The Trampoline construction is very high quality.

The delivery was quicker than expected in these times, the only issue was the safety net needs 2x people, tall with strength to construct other than this we are very pleased even our German shepherd loves it

Firstly, I'm very happy with the aftersales service from Jumpflex. The reason for scoring at a 4 instead of 5 is because your website doesn't allow me to locate the spare parts I have needed (twice) to purchase spare parts. I wish the www contained a greater list of spare parts instead of just optional attachments

We purchased a jumpflex and it was dispatched within a couple of days.
Unfortunately the courier was a little longer than anticipated - no fault of jumpflex, as soon as I asked for an update they responded immediately and I was contacted the same day to have the trampoline delivered. Really happy with the overall service and communication.

I was not informed that the product was out of stock until it was paid for.

People were lovely to deal with, however I had to follow up every email with a phonecall.
Order came quickly, but still waiting on a few back order parts.

I am not one to generally leave a review however, we accidently purchased a 10ft trampoline instead of the intended 12ft trampoline 2.5 years ago the team at jumpflex was amazing and assisted us to quickly rectify our mistake. Fast forward to now and our safety net gave way from two of the poles. I emailed the team photos and our invoice number, within half hour the warranty had been processed and we are now awaiting the replacement safety net.

Can not fault the amazing customer service jumpflex provides their customers.
