The SMM team of Jumpto1 is simply outstanding. I have had such a great time working with Caleb who has always explained me technicalities in detail. I seriously had no idea but he helped me understand each strategy and functionality very well.

Such a joke. I guess you get what you pay for. Hired them before all the big holiday sales and the whole process was disappointing. I got zero communication, I regularly had to follow up because i got no results or anything. The 2 measly ads they did make was not submitted to be to be approved. They used my most expensive least moving product for content and literally copy and pasted from my website to create the ads. They took no time to understand my brand. The onboarding questionnaire I know they never reviewed because they did nothing I asked. I got zero results off the ads during my busiest time of year. When I brought up concerns I was given a bs response. I asked for an update one week and received nothing in return. I removed all their permissions on everything and they didn't even notice for 2 weeks. I've gone to a new agency and made an additional $1500 in the first WEEK. That's how I know what a bad decision I made going with Jumpto1. I asked for all my money back but they thought thought that their measly work was worth $700.

Jose and Caleb have been fantastic to work with. They are attentive to details, great at communication, and always available for a question. I could not have asked for a better team to work with.

My company hired jumpto1 based on a favorable conversation(s) with Jeremy and Daniel - who appear to run this company.
By way of background - we have been in business many decades and just needed SEO updated help as google always changes their criteria and we dropped from number 1 to page 2 on our keywords. I no longer can keep up with these changes, nor want to and figured $2000 was well worth it for results.
1) At the beginning we had some minor communication problems getting our "account manager" to understand our business - and had to do numerous corrections to work done.
2) They appear to sub out a lot of their work - and somehow we kept getting substandard wording and mentioning of "plastic" (we are a glass company) constantly in what they call "seo" compliant for the google bots to read. We specifically asked them to correct these "blog" wordings on our website main pages - and finally gave up and edited them ourselves.
3) The format of how these did these "changes" left our customers having to scroll through a page of words before they could even see our product pictures - very unprofessional - which I had to correct myself
4) After not hearing from them for a full month - I got a basecamp note from a new manager - appears my original manager had left the company a month before and the new "manager" claims she had been trying to contact us for that month.... nothing on basecamp and when I asked for headers on the emails she claimed to have sent , was told "let's just go forward from here" ...
5) Spoke to the senior manager Andrew on the phone, who offerd me a "free" month for the misunderstanding - at which point I informed him we had changed our passwords and preferred to part company - feeling totally scammed and cheated by this company.

Now let me be clear - they did do work - some of it good - but almost all required editing after the fact by myself... and continual contact until my manager left still left them not understanding not only what we do for a living - but repeating references to things we specifically asked them not to reference.

To be clear - I am a 74 year old owner/ executive, involved in the internet since it first came into existence ( in fact one of my companies was the original beta tester for novell) - and our company has been totally internet based for many decades - we actually knew what we needed, just lacked the time or energy to do this ourselves.

All in all - I feel we have been scammed.... I did not get what I paid for IMHO... but so be it ... this whole industry is rife with scams, and I should have known better.

By the way JUMPTO1 ... your answers to negative reviews actually turn off more people as they are really unprofessional - especially the comments on negative posting - most people who are unhappy post to warn others ... and do not bother with positive reviews - this is well known and proven on both amazon and ebay.... learn to either offer a good defense - or ignore the review .... you protest to loudly.

Update. They robbed me of 650.00 now work done by alister that month because I never agreed for alister to continue to do work:. If you tell them you want to cancel they basically don’t let you and put up a fight: They kept promising results never got them. They prolong everything.Dont do business with the company. So many other options. They rob you

I don't know where to begin. Like the next person, you don't really know who you can trust but I had to dive in somewhere so I chose Jump to 1 after some research. I spoke with a few people from the company that clearly knew their business but then I made it to the person responsible for the undertaking. Rick F. has been top notch right from the start. We went over my company and he analyzed our stats and started building a game plan. I had worked with a few different companies in the past and we had so many gaps in our stuff behind the scenes which provided lackluster results. He was able to figure out what we should keep so we don't fall backwards with Google then start filling in the gaps with what it didn't have. Now, we rank higher on some of our keywords than national competitors and even in some cases, the manufacturers we utilize for our customers even! Unreal. His focus and dedication for results speaks for itself. Completely professional and keeps me updated. I'm so happy to be able to write a review like this for a company on this topic after so much disappointment in the past. Thank you Sir! We greatly appreciate all your hard work!
