These guys at Jump-1 have provided me with excellent service. In a matter of weeks they’ve already gotten my site ranked on Google and continue to tweak back links and keywords to increase my viability. I would absolutely recommend them to any start ups or existing companies who just want to improve their web exposure. Thanks to Danny and the rest of the team at Jump-1 !

I hired Jumpto1 to do SEO work on two of my websites in November 2022 - Tickle-boxx.com and ProperSavvy.com. While they made many great promises of what we could expect, regular monthly reports, repairs to website as required, google analytics, open conversation through an app, but the selling feature was the Money Back Guarantee. 100%
The good;
- Most of the staff were very friendly and willing to work with us, especially when we first signed up.
- Decent communication app -
The bad;
- Delayed start of working on Tickle-Boxx's SEO (3 months), without letting me know they hadn't started or why.
- Frequent contact changes - In my opinion, every time I would express my frustration with the lack of communication or not providing an answer, they would insert a new company representative. The response then was " I apologise for the.... but I just took over the account, give me a chance..."
In their attempt to create backlinks to our websites, they hired bloggers from the UK to write blogs for our companies. The blogs were never proof read by a human and consequently they were full of errors (duplicate sentences, instructions from Jumpto1 to the blogger included in the blog), but the biggest error was that any successful links that were created for Tickle-Boxx.com were directed to a similar company named tickleboxx.
- Failure to provide accurate reports - I received several power point presentations full of copy/paste errors.
- Failure to get the company name correct - forgetting to use the hyphen in the name
- Failure to provide any written reports for ProperSavvy
- Failure to connect Google analytics to the ProperSavvy site so they could provide data of traffic.
- Being told my Instagram and Facebook posts were of no value and only after I asked for a refund did they tell me they wanted to incorporate a social media presence. They even discredited my email marketing as not having any affect on the increase in traffic.
Summary;
After many attempts of explaining my issues with their blogs with bad images, duplicate sentences, bad direction, no hotlinks in the blogs to my site, poor keyword selection, lack of monthly reports, reports that were supplied, were full of errors as they were copy/paste from other clients. They have refused to refund the pro-rated amount of the work not yet completed.
If there was a negative star rating, this scam of a company would get the lowest rating on it.
there are easier ways to through money away with a lot less frustration - just toss it out the window.
As this (site Jabber) doesn't accept pdfs of the agreements, I can provide copies of the agreement between me, my company and Jumpto1.
Do yourself a favor, look elsewhere for this type of service.

Hired Jumpto1 in October 2022 to maintain my WordPress site and help with SEO. I initially went with them as I was impressed by the website reviews and Jeremy’s sales pitch.
Going into November, there were some issues with my site, and Jeremy posted to basecamp “website is now glitch free as we developed the website from scratch” continuing to say “you won’t come across with problems like data loss etc.” Issues continued until January 19th 2023 where Jumpto1 said the issues were associated with a Siteground crash which resulted in a huge database.
It was at this time my account was passed on to Solomon where things got even worse as jumpto1 was not able to get my database down to size in a reasonable time frame, so I had to pay $100 for a database upgrade. It was after that they suggested I switch to GoDaddy which I did and then the website’s performance went way down. Solomon told me to contact GoDaddy which I did, and they said that my database was still huge. I told Solomon that and he only then had his team reduce the database size, something they had just done? Even after the database was reduced, the site still performed slowly, 56 lighthouse performance and me and many others experienced the same 3-5 second page loads while all the other sites that I use regularly were fast. Solomons response was to send me a screen shot of a 99-performance score.
By May 3rd 2023, I had no choice but to find another company to maintain my website and when I did that, my performance immediately went back to normal levels. So maybe it was a GoDaddy issue and if it was, jumpto1 told me to host with GoDaddy and ultimately could not get my site to perform properly after months.
Jeremy told me during my initial consultation that I could at any time end the one-year contract which I paid $2200 for and would get, for example, half of my money back if I stopped after 6 months. On May 4th, Solomon said he would look into my refund and that was the last I ever heard from anyone at jumpto1.
One cannot dispute a credit card charge after 60 days and after reviewing the contract, there is nothing about a prorated refund so what Jeremy told me during his initial sales pitch was a flat out lie. (If you are told by jumpto1 that you can get a prorated refund if you want to end the contract before it terminates, ask them where you can find that in the contract as it does not exist)
I tried calling to see if that would get me anywhere, spoke with Alister who said he would have Solomon post to basecamp, he did not. Called one last and spoke with Andrew who said he would have Daniel, who he said is the head of production and is good at handling problems, call me back, he never did.
My WordPress ecommerce website is not complicated as I am a sole proprietorship and not a big company with a complicated website so it should have been easy to maintain. And my URL is 18 years old, so I was on the fist page or two on many of my products so even though it is worth noting that jumpto1 did get my SEO score up in the 90’s from the 70’s, I saw no tangible benefit. Even if the SEO work that jumpto1 did worked well, driving traffic to a site that takes too much time to load will not help as most will not wait 3-5 seconds for a page to load. At one point I suggested to Jeremy that I hire another company to maintain my website while jumpto1 worked on SEO. His response was to not do that basically saying too many cooks in the kitchen, which made sense to me and I did not want to hire another company, but in retrospect, that would have been a better option.
So, I paid $2200 to have my site horribly mismanaged, was lied to about getting a prorated refund and in fact, will not be getting any help with SEO even though there is 6 months left in my contract.

I understand that you are now refusing to issue a refund, despite our previous agreement. I believe this is unfair and unreasonable, especially considering the circumstances surrounding the incomplete site l.Website doesn't exist. I kindly request that you please do what you promised to issue the agreed-upon refund promptly. Thank you for your attention to this matter. Your contract says you are not bound to pay any fee if you are not satisfied.You can terminate the contract at no charge at all anytime of the tenure without notice and will be 100% owner of all the work we deliver. Please check the website doesn't exist .Just be fair and refund our money like what you promise so we can hire someone to do the work. The site was taken down by you the day i ask for refund you took it down .So where is my refund .And bank is not final yet still under investigation.Your assistant Amanda said that you will refund us the money we have in text so please just be fair and refund us the money . I worked with these guys for 10 months now. They started off OK, but then I went through 3 different people account managers. I wouldn't hear from them for months at a time and only received a few reports about what they were doing. However, it wasn't much from what I could tell and the backlinks they created were very poor quality. Many were on sites created solely for selling backlinks and they were not relevant topics with my website.
While I did have some competitive keywords go up in ranking, it wasn't enough to actually get them seen. But many of the keywords I was ranking highly for went down. Also, they did stupid things like creating 2 pages with the same keyword and then hyperlinking them. I had to spend a lot of time fixing their mistakes and will have to spend money fixing some as well.
In general, these guys are not good and do not know what they are doing. If you have a website in a non-competitive industry, maybe they work for you. But the service is terrible. I had lots of questions go ignored and I am just mad I wasted so much time and money with them.
They also write terrible blog posts. I ended up having to redo almost all of them because they made no sense and were obviously written by ESL speakers who knew nothing about jewelry.
UPDATE. DO NOT BELIEVE A WORD THEY SAY. MY RANKINGS TANKED BECAUSE OF THEM AND I HAD TO DISAVOW ALL OF THE LINKS THEY CREATED FOR ME. ANY GOOD RANKINGS I HAD WERE OBTAINED BEFORE USING JUMP TO 1. AFTER THEY GOT A HOLD OF MY SITE, THEY DROPPED. I LEAVE BAD REVIEWS WHEN THEY ARE WARRANTED. AND UNFORTUNATELY, THE SEO INDUSTRY IS FULL OF SCAMMERS.

If you're looking for high-quality, engaging content, Jumpto1 is worth a look. I've worked with them on a few projects, and the results have always been great. The team is professional, knowledgeable, and understands what it takes to produce top-notch content.

Before using Jump to 1, I was getting 1 or 2 new clients per month that found me online. now I tend to get 2-4 per week, which for me is great! price wise they are very easy to work with!
