Tookan is truly remarkable. What I appreciate most is that, over the course of the two years during which I've employed this software, I have encountered no difficulties or setbacks. It has proven exceedingly user-friendly, allowing for effortless adjustments to driver routes, additional features, and more. All in all, it is a superbly designed software, characterized by its exceptional ease of use.

One of the most notable advantages of utilizing Tookan lies in the inherent simplicity it offers for customer record management. It excels in long-term record retention, ensuring convenient accessibility, as well as uncomplicated importing and exporting of both new and historical tasks.

Our account manager sent us the invoice after our account got blocked and we found out in the morning and it took us 3 hours to get unblocked. We lost credibility and trust from our customers that we spent a year+ trying to build a relationship with.

Jungleworks / Tookan don't have support! Even if it doesn't work.

If you're looking to select a dispatcher and in my case with integration with deliverect RUN!

Deliverect add on don’t accept “0” as a value for Buffer. Wich means you will end ALWAYS with a different time even when you don't want to change anything.

Timezone in Deliverect integration is a value. Not a timezone wich creates a problem for clients that hour changes.

And last but not least let's figure it out. System always adds or subtracts the values 3 times.

Pick-up, Delivery and another one that nobody can explain.

Look for Vromo or other with support! This one just don't work.

Customer support is very unresponsive. We've been contacting them for weeks regarding an urgent matter and they haven't resolved anything until now.

Its been 1 years that we are using Yelo and Tookan. It was a great experience. Highly recommended for marketplace users.
