we are using the platform for more than three years now we are satisfied at the startup level, though there are differences in business and partnerships on some issues like tech, finance, and support, etc, I think that's how the business world is, moreover, it's up to every company how to build trust and good relationship between each other, the software services they provide is good enough at the startup level and can save your time till you built a business and raise money

They will illegaly accuaire your CC information to charge you for services they never provided. AVOID AT ALL COST.

BE AWARE! After 3 years of delays and continuous empty promises and nearly $200K spent, they delivered a faulty and full of bugs apps. Nothing ever works properly as promised and they continue to ask for more money. It's a highway rubbery. Even worst criminals don't treat people like this. I highly suggest to stay away from these guys as their sales team will do everything to get you sign contracts and they will disappear and leave you with continuously changing project managers and incompetent team where your product and ideas will be wasted. They even steal your ideas and tap into your market to get your competitors to use their faulty softwares. They go with different product names and company names to manipulate the entire system. Clicklabs, Jungleworks, Jugnoo.

I cancelled the service last year in Feb 2022 already and they still deduct from my account. I even cancelled the card to stop it and they still manage to take funds. Numerous emails, every month with no response!

Amazing product, husky app, and excellent support via chatbot, only drawback, probably the biggest, they stopped the subscription-based gig marketplace SaaS platform. Was looking forward to using it. Guess, no startup for me, haha...

Complete scam, they keep more than doubling the price of the software and once you try to cancel they will still charge what they were trying to get paid. They steal your card info and will keep trying to receive payments after the cancelation

This company cannot be trusted at all.

In 2020, we actually travelled from South Africa to India to meet the team. It went great and there were many products demonstrated, project planning done etc. We have paid for 4 different platforms and in these 2 years, not one of the platforms worked to date which made it impossible for us to continue business to the extent that we had to lay off over 100 employees which off course was devastating.

During the +2 years of dealing with this company, the Jungleworks team could just not get even the most basic and important parts of our platforms working, one of which was to ensure that our customers can place orders online. We have had numerous meetings where we agreed way forwards, only to find that the next day, nothing happens or we were being told that they cannot do what they agreed initially. The reality is that this company just do not understand the code that they use and have no idea how to customise anything.

We furthermore had to pay for integrations into new payment gateways, which to date have not worked and what makes it worse, they have taken the work that we paid for and are advertising it to other users on their platforms.

The first app, being a multivendor on-demand-app, worked okay for some part, but customers could not place orders, (the crucial part of the On-Demand-App), due to a coding error that the company did not want to rectify for weeks. Instead, they just ignored us and decided to charge us A LOT of extra money to continue work, which made it impossible to continue our roll-out to the extent that we needed to close the business. The financial losses that we suffered was massive.

On our initial engagement, we also signed on three other platforms of which we asked to place one on hold until such time that we can complete the rest. The Jungleworks team could also just not get the two platforms to work. After one year, we still did not have workable apps, but despite this, Jungleworks ( Clicklabs) forced us to pay in full for another year of utilising the apps, despite the fact that we had no use for them. In my view this was ridiculous, but they just refused to continue work if we did not pay. Needless to say, after two years, we still did not have these two apps in working order. So we have lost two years and now started to face financial disaster.

Due to the fact that the three platforms that we wasted so much effort, time and money on, just did not work and was probably never going to work, we terminated our relationship with Jungleworks. We requested a refund on the fourth app which we did not develop yet, and off course, as could be expected, they refused the refund.

Obviously, we realised (too late) that this company was scamming us and would not stop until they could get every last cent from us. What is more concerning, is that even now after we have terminated, they still try to deduct money from our account. It is extremely dishonest.

Be very careful with this crowd.

pero lo peor de todo es el inexistente soporte técnico.
Desaconsejo a todo el mundo contratar a esta empresa...

The service is good, it is currently a little more expensive but it has good character that allows you to expand your business

From experience, I would not advise anyone to work with Jungleworks for now.
As they are not accountable after your payment is received . The company is money oriented without any regards for clients satisfaction or service delivery.

Once your payment is received. Business attitude of jungleworks changes . Communication becomes vague.
Most of their services are still work in progress. Yet they make you pay for a service that they cannot effectively provide and waste your time and money, energy.

Also they are not a flexible company. Inferior and error filled softwares developed they try to force on their clients.

It’s not worth it, save your energy, time and money. I will advise from my own experience .

Neither positive nor negative. Its alright. Go better options

On may 5th 2021 I was incentivized to write a positive review. I can not figure out how to change that review so here is the honest one. I've been using JW (JungleWorks) for over 3 years. My experience started off OK but not great. I've paid for things I've never received and just ended up dealing with it. The past year however I have had so many issues and I've lost THOUSANDS in sales because of it. I've developed workarounds on my own for some things that JW just can't seem to fix and I dealt with it. I have built a successful business with JW but now my business is failing because of their constant issues. Do you think they make it right? NO. The raised the fees I pay them instead and my account manager pretty much just brushers it off saying "Every software company will have it's bugs." Well that may be true but JW has so many at this time and still chooses to up the price?
JW, If you choose to make this right with me and do the right thing I will change my reviews. otherwise I'll leave my honest feedback everywhere I can.

Scam!! fraudulently treated by Click Labs/Jungleworks, a racketeering lawsuit is currently pending against them.
