One of the best delivery management system I have come across in the business.
The support from the team is good and they help in every step without any reluctance. Happy with the collaboration with Tookan.

I would advise you to investigate alternate services.
Few staff at Jungleworks have an in-depth understanding of their product or their customers needs.
At the conclusion of our partnership, the most senior members of the management team communicated like toddlers.
After several missed deadlines, poor communication, and other justifications, a senior member of the JW team proposed that we upgrade our subscription level.
When I inquired what we would receive on the more premium plan (in terms of service levels) as well as how much it cost, the same person reacted childishly that we should stop being customers altogether.

Where to start??? I would give minus stars if I could!!!
Firstly, It's taken over a year and its still not ready.
They said it would take three weeks and one year later Jungleworks have not fixed issues with the app preventing me from launching.
Jungleworks held me to ransom with making payments despite what they delivered does not work.
Jungleworks restricted access to the platform when I refused to pay 100% of the cost even though they have not fixed the issues or can even confirm it will operate as it should.
In my brief it was explained that app would do what I want, but this was not the case.
App doesn't work as it should, there is a flaw in the design.
I pointed it out, they agreed to make changes to the software, agreed that it would take a month and gave me a completion date. No sooner did that date expire, they backtracked and said they have no intention of making the changes.
Now I am left with an app with a massive design flaw while they still chase for their payment and show zero empathy.
No one has any idea what they are doing
Simple issues on my landing page took over 7 months to correct before I had to find someone to do it for me outside of Jungleworks.
High turnover of staff who have no idea and the more into the development process we get, the less responsive they have become
THERE IS MUCH MORE NOT MENTIONED HERE!!!!
Instead of celebrating a success with Jungleworks, they are the reason for my venture not working so far.
I could get my money back, I would rather start again with someone else

Full of Crap - Jungleworks - Yelo.com - Do not Do Business with them.
Full of Crap, Don't ever decide to waste your money with them. My Experience for Indian Softwear Companies was knocked out by this Team. I think this company is afloating a Wave of Trust that other Indian Companies has created.
Steer Clear from the names here. Unless you are ready to boil your blood.
Their Operations team has no internal softwear that allows them to pull all the agreement in one Place. The account manager asks for your agreements because he can't find it internally in their own team.
Our Request for billing to be started in January was shoved under the carpet, and we only found out about it at the time of Renewal, which they are forcing us to do it 4 months prior. Hence, They have robbed for 4 Months.
And it is not a Startup Friendly companies.

I used jungle works cus I wanted to grow my business, after almost $5000 for apps that was supposed to be so simple even a none technical lay person could handle cause they would handle all the technical aspects ...lies lies ...i believe that was the biggest scam ever, they over promise and under deliver and overwhelm you with more technical terms and delays on revolving issues apps not working as promised not functioning with devices, slow and bad customer follow up and ofcause they waited trying to fix issues in the apps n website 11 months till subscription was about to end to act all bothered about fixing the issues only to try and get me to pay another $4000,I was told if app and domain didn't work for me I could resell to recuperate funds the later claimed that was not the case, so many hidden subscription even after paying $5k... and ofcause my domains logins n hosting were changed when I refused to renew with them and I was locked out of a domain I registered with one company now tranfered hosting with a different one and now I don't have access to it cant renew the domain name.... becareful cause you share credentials with them in order to build apps .... terrible company not worth it....if you can avoid them do.

Out of the box solutions? Sure. Paid customizations? Don't do it!
This company's tools are only good if you want to use them straight out-of-the-box. If you are a serious and growing company that will need customizations, that is where it gets very painful. If you are at the point in your business' life cycle where you need customizations, look elsewhere.
I don't think I have ever written a negative review about a company I've done business with because I do not take the reputations of businesses lightly, as a business-owner myself. That should give you an indication of how terrible my experience has been around customizations that I've paid for.
Poor and frustrating communication, inexplicable delays etc.

Support service is terrible
Waiting for a month to get support for their Yelo product. Still no result or even any feedback about the process. No ethical approach and no proper communication. Just apologies for and delays. The product is nice but the support service is terrible!

Paid Jungleworks 50% for Tookan and $6,000 for an app . it was never fulfilled. Employees asking for money after being fired. Need a Refund!!!

Experience with Yelo platform after using one year
I have been using the Yelo platform for our marketplace hi603.com for the past one year. hi603.com is a hyperlocal product and service-based marketplace catering to over 15,000 people in Tamilnadu. In the beginning, after reading all the negative reviews of Jungleworks, I was very very apprehensive about using their product for setting up our local marketplace. I took a leap of faith and opted for their service. Thankfully I have no regrets now after a year.
Yelo is absolutely affordable and provides immense value for its cost. I have tried so many platforms which promises a lot but nothing is as good as Yelo, especially considering the price point. My favourite aspect of Yelo is its robust public API. It completely extends the scope of the product and makes it very very powerful. Yelo platform provides the scope to incorporate multiple revenue streams into the marketplace and is very very flexible even in terms of customization.
When it comes to customers support, I have been fortunate to be connected with very resourceful individuals. Sheffi and Akanksha from the customer success team act as a brilliant bridge between me and the tech team in getting the issues resolved. The only problem that I faced with Yelo is their slow support. But as they are a growing company, I think it's understandable. Even if they take some time, they ensure that the issues get resolved. And their support is getting better every month. If the issue is critical, they make sure to get it resolved immediately regardless of the holidays.
Overall, I would highly recommend going with Yelo if you are looking for a marketplace that is fast to set up and easy to manage!
