The best platform for businesses. My Hungarian Courier Service has been working with JUNGLEWORKS for some time. Tookan is an excellent program and we already use YELO for ONLINE MARKET PLACE. The team does an excellent job behind the scenes and can always be counted on. I can only recommend. Great job.

Best platform for Startups and Established Businesses

I started my Food Delivery business with Yelo Jungleworks. They helped to set up the store and helped me understand the platform and its functionality.
Like other products, I faced difficulties and issues but Saurabh(Account Manager) Resolved all those on priority. His quick response and on-call Troubleshooting is effective which reduces the solution time of any issue.

If you start your business by seeing law price of any product on yelo then please don't fall in this law price beacuse every year they increse price more then even you think...this is what i exprianced and yes from my side this is not recomandation !!!

I have been with jungleworks for a…

I have been with jungleworks for a number of years now but not actively using the product due to lack of communication

With their recent appointed account managers and support ticket solution especially the likes of Abhilasha (Account Manager) my experience with them has been re-ignited and I am reviewing the many verticals Abhilasha haas shared with me over a number of meetings showing due diligence, patience and commitment with her clients interest at the foremost

Thieves and unfair trading practices

I have been a victim for two consecutive times on two products namely Yelo and Tookan. When you decide to use one of their product, they will ask you to add your debit card for recurring payment charges and restrict control of your own card. I decided to discontinue the Yelo and Tookan products and further requested to deactivate the account so that I am not charged. It took over 6 months to have my account deactivated after a protest on their WhatsApp numbers. I lost over $800 for periods during this period and there was no provision for me to remove the debit card. More painful that I was not even refunded the money.

TRY them at your own RISK. Be prepared to lose money because you will not have control of your own debit card. You can not deactivate the account on your or removed your debit card from the dashboard. You will have to make several calls while they keep ignoring you.

I had a great experience with Jungleworks. I used their Yelo platform for my business and the whole team were really helpful. It would be wrong if I didn't mention Yugam, my relationship manager. He helped me solve issues even during late evening hours. Keep up the good work.

Employee work culture is very bad

Employee work culture is very bad. Bad is just too good to phrase, it's pathetic. And if you are working in sales team they will rip you off. Team leaders are just for name.
Everything works on politics.
There's no assuring of your position, one day you are working and other day you receive a PIP to resign.

Am giving 1 star because there's no option for 0 star.

FRAUD ALERT

FRAUD ALERT. These guys are nothing but fraud. Click labs, jungleworks, jugnoo, and few other brand names they run. They will rip you off to your last penny and you will never get the project up and running as promised. Stay away from them and don’t waste your hard earned money. Their sales team are just bunch of liars and their entire company is simply a criminal organization.

They are super fraud people, poor management. after payment sales team wash off their hands. don't deliver in the promised time and nither complete the project. after every complaint, they just change the new CRM and developer. also didn't refund the paid amount. all negative reviews seem correct to me as I myself victim. sent them legal notice as well for cheating but of no use, they offered to complete the project but later again backed out. Never give these guys any project to work on.
