Worst system and Customer service!

Worst system! Very bad customer service! the account manager will just acknowledge and ignore your issues in their system but surely the manager nor the developer will not solve the issue! Also the account manager here know have any knowledge with their own product! SCAMMER! JUNGLEWORKS!

A band of thieves

My experience with JungleWorks is that is is nothing less than a band of thieves.

After failing to deliver they continued to bill me even despite acknowledging their failure to deliver - and accepting that they did not meet the terms of the contract.

All requests for a refund were ignored.

I sent notice in writing to cancel all related products and services.

Despite this, one year later they billed me further for an additional year of services.

Again they refused to refund me - I opened a case of fraud with the bank and the bank reversed the charges for the latest bill only.

My Support miss Nidhi Mahotra.My Support Person Miss Nidhi Mahotra from JUNGLEWORKS is very much helpful. And Most Importantly she is very much Client Friendly and always sorted things for my company. I worked with 2 different Support Personals before but Miss Mahotra is The Best Support Personal I ever had to date. I'm rooting Hard for Her as well as for the entire JUNGLEWORKS team. Using Yelo product from Jungleworks

We have been using Yelo for 2 years. Sales team pushed to signup for 3 years and one time payment. We paid for 3 years, but some person from sales will send an email to us and request to pay amount for renewal, then we need to explain to them its 3 year contract. Looks like Jungleworks do not maintain client database and due date for the payment. Yelo application is fine for the start-up companies. Account manager is very supportive.

Best online ordering and DMS platforms

I had been using the Yelo and Tookan for last 2 years and i never had any issues with these platforms. Tookan is the best DMS platform i have never encountered any issues with these platforms. The support provided by their team is very good.

Highly recommended

I own a small restaurant. Really like the way things have been so manageable since we got yelo and tookan. I do some times face issues, but they get sorted in no time, as support service is quite good. overall a good experience so far.

I have been using the yelo and tookan platform from past 1.5 year and have an excellent experience so far.. especially the support part, the executives use to response very promptly whenever required. They helped me whenever I had a query or I got stuck anywhere.
