I cannot thank Juniper enough for everything they have done to help me achieve my Level 2 qualification. The support I received throughout my apprenticeship has been outstanding from start to finish.

A special thank you goes to Safah, who has been absolutely amazing. She has always been patient, encouraging, and supportive, taking the time to explain anything I was unsure about and helping me build my confidence. No question was ever too much, and she genuinely wanted me to succeed.

Thanks to Safah’s guidance, encouragement, and belief in me, I was able to complete my qualification and pass with a Distinction. She has made such a positive difference to my learning journey, and I am incredibly grateful for all the time and effort she put into supporting me.

I would highly recommend Juniper to anyone considering an apprenticeship. The support they provide is exceptional, and they truly care about helping learners achieve their goals. Thank you again to Safah and everyone at Juniper for helping me reach this milestone—I couldn’t have done it without you!

Safah has been an amazing apprentice tutor throughout Jack's apprenticeship. Her support, guidance and encouragement have been invaluable, and she has gone above and beyond to help him successfully achieve his qualification.

I want to say thank you to Harris. With Harris’ help I managed to achieve a distinction. Throughout the whole process Harris provided me with all the knowledge and information I needed.

I have just completed my Level 3 Diploma in Children's Learning and Development (EYE) and I had an excellent experience. I am extremely grateful to my skills coach, Charan, for the outstanding support I received throughout the programme. She was consistently encouraging, knowledgeable, and genuinely invested in my progress. She provided timely feedback, continuous encouragement, and great flexibility.
I am very pleased with my experience and would highly recommend Juniper Training to future learners.

The apprenticeship was thorough and very educational, my skills coach, Harris Aslam, had been very supportive and easy to communicate with throughout the duration of my project and an excellent teacher overall. He was happy to take time with things i needed extra help with and created a safe environment to raise any concerns in a non-judgemental space.

the apprenticeship with juniper training had been well in itself, the course was interesting and helped me with my career and helped me gain new skills whilst working with them.

My experience was great and i felt fully supported and on track throughout my whole apprenticeship. Darren provided thorough workshop lessons where things where explained thoroughly and was really interesting to learn about. Emma Rayne provided me with lots of support and advice throughout the whole of my apprenticeship and helped me reach my OTJHs early and answered questions I had.

I really enjoyed doing with apprenticeship with Juniper, they were really helpful and supportive with my journey to complete my Level 2 customer service apprenticeship to the best of ability. Natalie was my assessor, and she helped me a lot in developing my skills and was very supportive in completing my coursework. I'm really thankful for her help in achieving the qualification to the best of my ability.

Juniper Training have supported me massively with my development as an early years practitioner, teaching me the skills and knowledge to support me in my role. Just want to give a mention for Faye Baker who’s supported me throughout, providing help when i’ve needed and who’s always been there if i’ve needed any help! I appreciate you so much🙂

I have recently completed my Apprenticeship with Juniper. My Tutor Faye Baker has been absolutely wonderful. She supported me throughout and ensured I was ready and prepared for my EPA. I passed with a Distinction and could not thank or recommend Juniper or Faye enough!

Was so anxious about my EPA coming up, however my tutor Safah Shakil made me feel so much better! She supported me throughout the whole process and helped me achieve a distinction. Thank you Safah❤️

Darren is a brilliant skills coach, who has significantly helped with my development both in my apprenticeship as well as my current role. Darren is very supportive and truly cares about my progression and growth. Darren brings clarity and structure to each and very session and is able to tailor his approach to help me to strengthen key skills and achieve specific goals. Overall, Darren has made my apprenticeship a great experience.
