One of the worst companies I’ve ever used. Most of the positive reviews you see here or in other platforms are because they’re running a promotion and giving away account balance in exchange for reviews.

Customer support doesn’t even know what a server is. Having a problem? Just reinstall or change your location. There’s absolutely no troubleshooting whatsoever.

The servers are oversold, and some locations are completely unusable. As I said, customer support doesn’t care about this and won’t do anything about it.

You’ll get banned even for a single false report on AbuseIPDB or for other similarly silly reasons. They won’t lift the suspension and will put all the blame on you.

Avoid this company at all costs.

Прочитал какое то безумное количество отзывов на 1-2 звезды - решил написать свой фидбек, тем более что он релевантен, в аренде уже второй vps за 2 года и вопросов к ним не возникает.

1. Взял VPS на 12 месяцев под цели мини VPN сервера для внутренней компании - за год сервис лёг 1 раз на 10 минут, что меня устроило полностью.

2. арендовал машинку помощнее за 20$ - за год ложилась 2 раза, когда они целиком перетряхивали дата центры, объем алертов по всей системе, удивлял конечно, но все решалось за часы и на следующий день уже работало стабильно. Впрочем судя по тому сколько это серверов и дата центров задело - выполнить эти операции за часы - моё увОжение.

Без понятия в чём проблема авторов оценивших на 1-2 звезды => делать бекапы, системы алертов \ восстановлений \ системы фильтрации SSH - это вроде абсолютно нормально для 2026 года.

жаловались на меньший объем памяти - тоже странная история, никто не запрещает ручками удалить все то что их не устраивает на их VPS, то есть настроить под свои задачи.

Пс. мне вот недавно присылали алерт что одна из машин попыталась подключиться к скомпрометированному серверу и что они заблочили соединение. Так молодцы, алерты сработали и не пустили заражение дальше, почёт и увОжение.

В общем, Свои 5 звезд по тому опыту что сложился у меня - вполне заслуженно.

The worst. Bait and switch, switch, switch after they insist on committing and paying in advance. You are sold 1G VPS, you get 780Mb. You get misconfigured machine. And then, out of the blue, they decide to decommission locations. Got an email from them about decommissioning and apparently moving machines without any indication as to where or when. That was at 6pm. Within hours my machine was gone. No responses to support tickets.

This is perhaps the worst hosting provider I've come across in decades of using VPS. Generally, for this sort of bargain basement VPS hosting you don't have high expectations, but at least you should get what you pay for.

Well, this is where it starts to go wrong - just.hosting you don't get what you pay for. You only get ~75% of advertised memory, support claiming the rest is used by host KVM. Utter nonsense.

Second, VPS drops out randomly for several minutes at a time, several times per day. Support don't really care as this is intermittent, they just do ping and if they get a response when they test they close the ticket and all is good as far as they are concerned. Refused help to resolve the issue, claiming there is no issue. Yet the machine keeps disappearing.

Third, VPS are extremely slow and very poorly configured. Due to overprovisioning, VPS can't allocate contiguous memory so can't perform even simplest tasks - like updating the system. Anything you do on what is supposed to be 1Gb VPS produces "Process Killed". Only after manually adding swap was I able to run updates.

When things do run, again due to overprovisioning, performance is ridiculously poor, 10x -30x slower then specifications would suggest.

Worst of all - the support. They provide nonsensical answers, technically incorrect and misleading or completely unrelated to the questions, then close the tickets without doing anything.

They also ignored my request for a refund. Ridiculous considering their boast of "kind technical support".

I paid for one year of a virtual private server (VPS). Several months in they informed me that my server had made a request to known a known malware-controlled URL. That's positive, good on them for active monitoring. I got the notification on a weekend, so I shut the VPS down immediately. I figured on Monday I'd figure out how the malware got in. Come Monday I couldn't start the server or get a disk image. What they had not told me is that they disabled any ability to control the VPS. It took 5 days going back-and-forth with their support to learn that they would not let me turn the server on, they would not let me start a new server to replace it, and they would not give me a refund. They simply seized my funds saying I violated our agreement.

I reached out to the support team, of course, with 5 follow-up emails from me. In one, I quoted the part of our service agreement that JustHosting violated. I followed the process in the agreement to get a refund for my pre-paid sevice. JustHosting took longer than the 14 days stipulated in the agreement to respond, then violated the agreement by ignoring my instructions to cancel the contract and refund the remaining pre-paid months of service. They lifted the restrictions on the VPS, but claimed they wouldn't refund the balance of the contract because of the malware. The response is nonsense from a security perspective - if I'm a bad actor, keep the restrictions in place - but makes total sense as a grift.

I've sent the various case numbers, and a selection of quotes to the email address you specified, support at justhost.ru. To be clear, that's not the same domain as the business I dealt with, just.hosting. The websites are extremely similar, so maybe it's just the same business with various domains, but still worth pointing out.

Igor Rukavishnikov, the Head of Technical Support, has finished reviewing my case. He has informed me that their policy is that they are not obligated to provide a refund of the unused time of the service. He also says if I'm willing to change my review to a 5-star review they'll issue the refund immediately.

Their policy is in violation of their terms of service section 11. I've informed them of this.

Worst hosting
1. Hosting is incredibly slow.
2. Tickets were resolved within 48 hours with no content. I received a fake email saying it was done.
3. Servers are down frequently.
4. Web hosting and VPS was the best experience for me.
All information is stated in the email content received.

All links to hosts are affiliate links so they earn from you every time you follow a link and sign up somewhere. They also state in their disclosure that the links are affiliate links. So, actually, they couldn't care less which link you follow - They're on a winner each time.
That's an instant turn off for me.
As a side note, you'll probably have noticed that we don't permit any form of affiliate or referral linking, or coupon codes, here on WHT. We only want genuine reviews, good or bad, from people with actual experience of the host.

I requested refund of unused credits.
They say "indicate reason" so I did, but they are again asked "indicate reason?". 🤦‍♂️

well. I opened the refund request at Paypal, cuz their support so slow. and Paypal refunded for me.

never use just.hosting.

I was the victim of an IP spoofing attack. Although I was the victim in this incident, my server was blocked after less than two months of operation and closed without a refund for the year I had paid in advance. I cannot recommend this hosting company.

These are scammers! I pre-paid my VPS for 36 months using cryptocurrency.
After 1 month and 12 days my VPS gets blocked completely because of "abuse", that was clearly NOT done by myself. They even do not provide a proper and full abuse report, just a short text cut without identifying IP addresses.

This can be cut out from ANY abuse report they ever received!
Till now they are not willing to provide proper abuse information, they are not willing to let me access the VPS for investigation and did not refund any of the money I have pre-paid.
Clear a cheap scam in my eyes!

If things get cleared from their site I am willing to update this review.
