When I joined this site, the verification process was not necessary for crypto users. I joined the site three years ago.
Two months ago, I entered some Tether on the site and then I was asked to verify my identity. I said I don’t want to continue playing on the site and please return my last deposit because you have changed the rules. My request was not processed for 1.5 months. Then I was told to send an official request in an email with the reason and I did. In response, they asked me for 14 days to process it. After 14 days, they continued to drag out the matter and immediately restricted my email so that I could not email support, or thy deliberately didn't answer! They also closed my account. And when I opened the site page to talk to support live, they repeated the same words after 19 days they also closed chat immediately and restricted my system ,I couldn't even rate the chat with support and tell them why I was unhappy.
On the X site or the old Twitter, I said in a comment why do they behave so disrespectfully? Exactly with such words. After that my account was restricted.
Yes. If you have problem, they will treat you with such respect.
(Justbit wanted me extra information?! Are you Kidding??? You don't answer my email, but you want me to give you any additional information here? I've explained everything.

You have changed the rules. When I became a member of your site, you had written in a banner on the main page:

Don't change the story. You haven't sent me an email after you asked for 14 days and you just repeated that it is in process!
The amount I entered last time and then closed my account is not capable of money laundering! Using this term for a double-digit amount of Tether is ridiculous.
Your work is fraud and money laundering.
Because you are abusing a large number of users with false advertising.
On two other sites where I found such a problem and by the way, the fault was mine, they returned the amount in two days. Here I am right and you continue to lie about respecting the audience.
What other sites did in two days, you have been processing for two months.
You could have done a lot to prevent this from happening, at least you could have restricted my deposit options after the rules changed, just as you restricted my deposits and withdrawals immediately after I complained and then closed my account!
Of course, these responsible methods don't work for you!
Instead of doing this, return the amount.

Variety slots and roulettes. I tried slots and I had one of the worst experiences. Sometimes you have to spin 300 times to get bonus/free spines and when you get the bonus/ free spins 95% of them are dead spines.I don’t recommend playing on this site. Lot of promises and zero delivery.

My case is NOT a 'misunderstanding' that requires a 'review.' My issue was legally resolved on July 10, 2024, through the signing of a Settlement Agreement.
This is a binding and confidential contract that Casbit Group N.V. (Justbit) has chosen to violate.
You signed an agreement to resolve this matter but have failed to honor the payment, which is clear evidence of contractual bad faith.
I demand immediate compliance with the signed confidential contract. If the full agreed payment is not made within 7 days, legal action will be initiated. I have already provided all documentation to my lawyers. Please stop misleading the public. Honor your contracts.
