They dont Payout my Money due Network issue

My withdrawal was approved but the casino says my USDT address is incorrect which is not correct! Because I play in several casinos with this address and pay out regularly. They refunded me the amount. 1 Hour later the Premium Support wanted me to make a video of the withdrawal, which was done, then Premium Support said there was an error because I couldn't select the withdrawal network. I said several times that I wanted the withdrawal with ERC-20 Network and there was no response.

I wonder how the other players can cash out with USDT if the network is not selectable!

So I had applied for an account, deposited 750 euro (no bonus and real money) and started playing. I was playing classic Blackjack on table 60 and had a bet on two seats. My balance was over 500 euro, which I had deposited, so real money not from a bonus. Suddenly when the dealer was giving out cards I got logged out and my account got locked, this was in the middle of the game for no reason! The pop-up screen said that I did not fill out my password 5 times(!) correctly. This was yesterday. I complained because I am furious because this is considered stealing my money. Then a so called VIP Manager with the name Olivia answered to my mails, but with the second mail she suddenly called my Iren while my name is Cor. Until now I have sent quite a few emails and all they do is keep you off and tell you that it is your mistake, that you should know certain countries are banned from playing. If certain countries are banned then why was I able to apply, register, deposit money and even play as citizen from Netherlands? In fact they breach their own terms and conditions but blame me for not paying attention to their terms and conditions!! I will need to contact the Police and Gaming Commission to file a report, because this is simply stealing my money. If you read this Justbit Casino (justbit.io), kindly re-open my account so I can continue playing, or refund my deposited money. And kindly replenish my total balance, which is the balance before my last bet on two tables at the mentioned Blackjack table. If the issue is not solved today I will take action on this and contact Gaming Commission as well as the Police.

i recived a 120% bonus in my email i went to live chat asked them about it wile i was in chat the agent seemed in a rush and closed the chat wile i was still talking then i claimed the bonus deposited but did not get the bonus went back to live chat but it was disabled now so i had to email took them 5 min to reply but they did not help at all i replied to them and they took forever to reply back saying sorry there is a problem and i cant get the bonus i felt like i just waisted my money because i deposited a smaller amount anticipating the bonus money to play with i played my deposit and lost in less than 3 min (update) 6 days later they credited my bonus but it was larger than i thought so i went to live chat to ask and they said no that was the correct amount i should receive so i emailed support and asked again if i was given the wrong bonus by mistake before i start playing and they replied it was the correct amount so i started playing after a few hours i checked my wagering and to my surprise there was 164,000 thousand out of 168,000 thousand left to
wager i asked support what the wager % was they said 35x the bonus but my wagering was almost 400x i stopped playing and am now waiting for this problem to be fixed
