Any boiler or plumbing issues Justboilers are my first call. I trust them completely and so glad I have a company I can rely on. Never let me down and even put a new boiler in over Christmas. Even small plumbing problems are welcome by them, having their phone number is so comforting.

Really pleased with the customer service provided over the telephone. Both Hayley and Rianne were very helpful though the whole process over the course of the one and half days it took to fix my 2006 boiler . Darren the first engineer was able to diagnose the fault and order the parts in the allotted 1 hour time. As he was unable to return, I was provided with another engineer Adam the following day. Who had to carefully put back all the parts from the following day and repair the fault. I found both Darren and Adam to be very honest and professional . Highly competent at what they do. I would highly recommend this company.

Our old boiler starting giving us problems and we decided it was time for a replacement. JustBoilers sent an Engineer, Adam, within hour from our call, although it was Sunday. This visit was free of charge. We got quotation straight after the visit. New boiler was delivered and replacement was done by Adam on Tuesday morning, smoothly and efficiently. Extremely satisfied with professional work and would recommend JustBoilers to a friend and use them again.

Excellent service. Had an appointment booked first thing the next morning, Adam turned up right at the start of the window. Boiler I had thought was on its death bed was fixed within one hour. Explained the problem and sorted promptly. Would use without hesitation again

Great service. I had 3 quotes from different providers. I decided to use justboilers because they answered all my questions and also provided advice. It was fitted by John, who was very professional, clean and knowledgeable. The customer service was great, Yvette was so helpful and when I was worried about the pressure, she called me that evening and John came back and looked at it for me. I would highly recommend and feel confident in the installation of my boiler.

Very impressed by the competence of the engineers who had a number of problems to deal with and kept at it until all up and running.

The gas engineer has been very professional, helpful and he explained me many things about the boiler whist he was checking. He helped me with a leak in my radiator and he diagnosed the problem offering possible future solutions without taking advantage of it. I was really happy with today's appointment. I would say that you should send a reminder to your client for the future years.

New boiler fitted, following a visit to repair my old boiler. The job was arranged very quickly from the time of my initial request. The fitter (Adam) provided straightforward and helpful advice - patiently answering all questions. The job was completed quickly, work was to a high standard and charges were very reasonable. Admin was all handled efficiently. I’m very satisfied.

Our boiler died when it was -2 degrees outside. JustBoilers had a man around the next day. He fixed everything in no time. They were also very helpful in answering our questions over the phone. Highly recommended.
