Having to replace a boiler is never good news particularly when the weather is chilly, but the prompt response to inspect the boiler to completing the job a week later was managed professionally and with the minimum of fuss. Aaron the heating engineering was neat and careful and got the system up and running efficiently with the minimum of fuss. No problem recommending JustBoilers.

Polite and efficient customer service ( why are plumbing firms usually aggresive on the phone ???)and a lovely plumber in the form of Darren who fixed my boiler problem. The usual hanging around for hours waiting for said plumber to arrive but it was success in the end. !

Excellent experience - from choosing the correct boiler, confirming the appointment the day before and letting me know when Aaron was en route, the whole process was seamless and painless. Aaron gave me an excellent review of the workings when he had finished, tidied up and left me everything I needed. Service and quality for a sensible price. Thank you!

Very happy with the whole service from beginning to end. Aaron arrived on time and worked solidly all day without a break and did a fantastic job. He took the time to explain what he was doing throughout the day and explained how to use the new boiler system clearly. He was neat and tidy, clearing up after himself. The boiler is fantastic and hardly makes a sound when on. It was such a relief to have heating and hot water after having none for two weeks. I cannot thank you all enough. I will certainly use you in the future and will not hesitate to recommend your company to others. Thank you for making my year! I highly recommend JustBoilers.com. Their service is friendly, efficient, skilled and reasonably priced. I replaced my old gas combi with an electric combi, and their installation and post-installation advice and support has been exceptional.

From the start to finish, JustBoilers were professional, helpful and intuitive. From the initial call to their number, firstly Hayley could not have been more helpful to Aaron who came to price and was also our installer. Never at any stage did they try to oversell to us. We had researched what we thought we needed and they gave us exactly that. They fitted us in on a short lead time which was important and during the day of the install, apart from the odd drilling noise, you would not have known they were in my house. They also explained thoroughly what we needed to know to work the new boiler as this was much different to our old one which had lasted 25 years. I would not hesitate to use them again and would indeed encourage anyone to speak to them.

Can not recommend enough. The booking process was simple, and everyone involved is very polite and professional. The new boiler is a better model competitors were offering and at a lower price. Win win

Quality and friendly service

Mike (an engineer) moved our boiler ahead of our new kitchen install and he was extremely professional. Great attention to detail, didn't rush and left it looking fantastic. Plus lots of helpful advise.

Will be coming back to do more work in the future.

Came to quote for and replace our broken boiler with no fuss. We were really impressed. Old boiler removed and new one installed in half a day. Can’t say more than that.

Excellent gas engineer , Aaron replaced a faulty boiler and pipework, he offered excellent knowable advise in a polite and courteous manner.Aaron was extremely helpful and meticulously tidy..cleaned water tank...he skillfully replaced awkward pipework preventing disruption to existing pipes , he surpassed my expectations i am delighted with his "professional" installation of my boiler and all aspects of his work.

Excellent and prompt service, reasonable priced too. Very professional extremely polite, would recommend to everyone needs a new boiler installed. It is a 6 stars experience for us! Lady C

John from Just Boilers serviced my boiler and did a gas safety certificate. He was prompt, efficient, tidy and very helpful, sorting out my hot water timer and bleeding my radiators at no extra cost. A very nice man and excellent service. The same price as British Gas for a boiler service, and cheaper than quoted by an independent plumber. I would recommend Just Boilers.
