The team at Just Boilers were fantastic. They were helpful and polite over the phone and Aaron was at the house a few hours after my initial call. Aaron assessed the problem efficiently, identified the issue, located a replacement part, went to collect it and fitted it all within a couple of hours. Would highly recommend!

In the run up to Xmas my combi-boiler decided to fail emptying water on my kitchen work surface. I live in the Morden area and a very helpful lady handled my call for help.

The same day Aaron attended and expertly diagnosed and fixed the problem.

My thanks go to the staff for the professional, reassuring and friendly service they provided, at a reasonable cost.

The are highly recommended and I would use their services again without hesitation.

Answered the phone straight away, engineer sent round on the same day, all parts sorted and installed within 24 hours on a broken boiler. I've had so many poor experiences with plumbing companies but I can recommend Just Boilers 100%.

These guys are very professional, reliable and great value compared to other suppliers like Aspect, Pimlico Plumbers or British Gas. Darren and the team have fitted two boilers in two flats in the last 12 months and have been exceptional on both occasions.

Richard visited yesterday to fit our new NEST. He was on time, tidied up after himself and fixed a few glitches with our boiler along the way as well as installing our new NEST and doing the initial set up so we are all good to go. Friendly, knowledgeable and helpful as explained exactly what he was doing and listened well to what it was we were after.

Richard is great. Knowledgeable, efficient and friendly. Always arrives on time, explains the problem, gives a few solution options. I've used them a few times now and will continue to do so! Affordable, a lot of availability and have an easy way to pay online too!

I can't praise justboilers highly enough! The whole team were absolutely amazing. I'm sure I was a pain in the neck customer asking so many questions but they were so professional and courteous. The boiler in my tenanted flat had a leak and I was away so could not deal with it. They had an engineer come to the flat, took photos of the problem, emailed them to me with an explanation of what the problem was in layman's terms and gave me options on what can be done. They went out of their way to help us. I came away feeling completely confident in their work. I won't go to anyone else now.

Honestly I wouldn't hesitate to use them again. They have just finished replacing a boiler that had been in place for over thirty years in my mothers house. Richard came around and gave us a very honest and decent appraisal of the work that needed doing, that was followed up with a very fair quote. Once the work was booked in the guys turned up on time, worked straight through the day, made very little noise and cleared up all the mess, they finished what was a complicated job in a day and a half and left behind a very happy customer. They have reinstalled my faith in the great British work man, I am happy to recommend them to any one.

Richard Ritson is very experienced and incredibly capable. He managed to diagnose and fix a long standing problem with my central heating system that perplexed another firm (both their plumbing and electrical team). Richard is both a qualified heating engineer and an electrician, which is what you need on site for technical issues. Other firms will often try to charge you for changing parts that might be causing a problem until they fall upon the answer. In contrast, Richard seeks to identify the problem form the outset by drawing on his experience and impressive technical knowledge. Richard is also courteous and fair with his charging - you know where you stand all the way along. I will only use Just Boilers for heating and electrical work from the point forwards.

As a landlord having used ‘insured’ services, this was like a breeze in the park. Next day repair, easy to book, clear communication, worked around my tenant’s availability, arrived on time, kept me informed throughout, took time to explain the problem in layman’s terms, before fixing same day. Courteous to both tenant and I throughout. Highly recommended!
