FINALLY exited after 10 years

FINALLY managed to exit the JF ecosystem after 10 years. Here's my complete breakdown of some pros that could be worth it, and a LOT of cons to watch out for. (Think twice before getting a membership.)

PROS:
- Wide selection
- Some styles can be quite cute
- Good basics
- Helpful if you don't like shopping and want to commit to getting everything from one place

CONS:
- Membership honestly sucks. The way they structure the pricing is nonsensical. Don't expect to ever see a "real" price - everything depends on the way you bundle, use credits, use discounts, etc.
- Almost impossible to cancel. Not because the 'cancel' button is that hard to find, but because you can't do easy returns if you cancel, so you end up waiting, then you forget to skip the month and get charged, then you feel compelled to use your credits, and the cycle repeats. It took me 10 years to finally leave!
- Credits expire. Each time you're charged monthly, you get a credit, so if you aren't constantly using them up, you literally lose your money.
- Some items are poor quality or just not as cute as you think they'll be. It can be hard to tell which from the photos.
- Sizes can be variable from item to item.
- As you earn points, you get discount codes, so you want to spend them, right? But they design it to be ultra difficult to use the discounts the way you think you can. It only lets you count non-credit items toward your minimum order total to use your discount, and I promise you, it's not intuitive at ALL to figure out how much they're counting as the "real price" of the item. You'll spend way more time than you'd like configuring and re-configuring items in your cart to be able to really take advantage of any type of discount.
- On top of that, if you accidentally click the wrong discount option to apply to your cart (likely because you misunderstood which one you qualified for with your cart total), that discount is now permanently chosen and the points lost forever. Click wisely because you'll never be able to undo. Scammy way to handle the "rewards" for being loyal.
- Many items priced well below $49.95 are listed as counting toward one credit. They like to advertise that credits can be spent on items up to $80, but the truth is that most prices are actually listed for less than the monetary value of a credit.
- Tariff charges are SIGNIFICANT on top of your order total, shipping, and tax.
- All this means that no, you're most likely not going to save any money by being a member and getting sucked into their model. The clothes are decent quality for the most part compared to some super cheap online brands, but honestly if you want stuff in this tier I'd recommend just shopping at other stores that have normal pricing and don't use weird predatory pricing tricks and membership policies.

I have requested cancellation for SIX…

I have requested cancellation for SIX times with the customer service of these scammers and they keep DENYING to cancel my membership! They keep asking me if I am sure, I keep saying yes, and yet cancellation never comes! Only another email saying "are you sure? here is 10$ to reconsider let me know if you are sure and we will proceed." Oh my god! Stay away!

What happened? JF/Shoe dazz.

Ok, I had a subscription for maybe,4-5 years.I cancelled,over a year later, I see they have some really great shoes in, again. Now, however, It takes forever to find out where my order, might be. As well as msjor glitches in their App.

The products are great the company sucks!

The products are great. The membership is bullshit! I had at least 4 months that I had trouble skipping because the website was glitchy. I have been a member since 2013 and all of a sudden I receive an email that my membership has been canceled. That's fine. After jacking up the price from $39.95 to $49.95 a month and then not being able to use your VIP Credits when you want to, fine cancel me. Especially with the huge cost of importing, I thought this was an American company, apparently not. I used to tell people where I got my items when complimented on them. No longer. I will tell people I got it from a thrift store. Don't worry! I don't plan on coming back.

Dont subscribe!!!!

I am beyond upset with this company. After being a subsribed vip for no joke almost 12 years and never having issues ive come across to one. A big one. I returned a few items back in november 2025 and i have still not received my refund. At this point they are just full on stealing from me. I just have just kept the items. Im unaware if theyve sold to someone else but i cannot understand why they have ignored my issue regardless of how many times ive called or how upset i sound

FRAUDULENT / IMMORAL AND UNBELIEVABLY TERRIBLE

If I could give this site negative stars and report them to the police, I would- in fact, I almost did. I literally tried to cancel my
Membership for 7 months- REPEATED chat,
Email and calls that when unanswered (that’s right, 7 MONTHS)!! one month they even decided to charge me 4 TIMES ($200) - even though I had complained and aggressively attempted to cancel through all channels they state they offer. 8 months later I receive a vague email apologizing and saying “they will try to get better at responding and confirming they would cancel my membership”. Lo and behold- I was once again charged $49.99 for membership!!! I had to cancel my credit cards and report them- seriously the worst customer service I have ever experience in my long life, with ZERO exaggeration, AVOID.

Title: Predatory “VIP” Scam – Stay Far Away


This company is the literal definition of a scam. I was charged multiple times for a so‑called “VIP membership” that I never knowingly signed up for and never used. There were no clear disclosures, no proper confirmation emails, no paperwork, and I never received any legitimate order or merchandise tied to these charges.
When I questioned the charges, their customer service gave me the runaround, claiming they were “looking into it” while ignoring my direct emails. Instead of providing proof that I ever agreed to a membership or placed an order, they posted a misleading response on a complaint site, insisting I had “credits” and an order shipped to me – none of which I ever saw or received. They have never produced a single piece of real evidence: no signed agreement, no order number, no tracking, nothing.
I live on disability and would never agree to pay a monthly fee just for the privilege of buying a pair of shoes. The idea that I would “front” this company money in advance is ridiculous, and they know it. Their business model depends on people not noticing these recurring charges or getting worn down when they try to dispute them.
In my opinion, this is a predatory, deceptive operation. I would strongly advise anyone reading this: do not give JustFab your card number, personal information, or any access to your bank account. Once they have it, getting your money back is a nightmare. There are plenty of honest retailers out there – this is not one of them.

Terrible company

Terrible company. No customer support. They charged me for a product that I never received. They deceitfully enrolled me in to their subscription plan without my explicit consent and charged $50 a month for that. I had to reach out to my bank. They have 0 customer support, nobody picks calls, nobody replies to chats. Stay away from these scammers. They keep posting ads on social media. DO NOT FALL FOR THEIR ADS.

This company is taking your money $50…

This company is taking your money $50 from your credit card month by month because its supposed “rewards program”. When you try to stop them doing this, there is not a way to communicate to them by phone, chat or internet method even they publish a phone number that does not longer belong to them. The internet page for costumer service is completely useless for this matter. Can somebody stop them for fraud?

DO NOT JOIN VIP

I have been trying to cancel my membership for over two months and they say I'm cancelled, via email so have proof and then charge me the $49.95 the next month. It took 5 emails the first time to get them to refund my money and this month it's taken another 6 emails and still no refund. They try to offer a $10 credit, NOPE, just cancel. Terrible customer service, no matter how much they are "nice".

Sounds mean but I'm mad

This is the second time I've been charged after skipping for the month and honestly the products aren't as good as they used to be and I've been on hold too damn long trying to just cancel the account. I want to cancel my account and that is seemingly impossible at the moment. JustFab sucks now.

Just fab is terrible with returns

Just fab is terrible with returns. I have been trying to get a refund for my return for over a month and I just keep getting the run around. I was told the return was not received yet I emailed them a copy of the shipping receipt showing the name of the person who signed for the return package. An email stating that they were working on my refund except they were having "computer" problems. Absolutely the worst at giving refund. $15 is what they're giving me the runaround for. They're ridiculous. Will never ever ever purchase from them again. It's not even about the refund anymore. It's just about the lousy service that they're giving

Money in limbo & customer service impossible to get a hold of

I've been a member w Justfab since basically its inception, & overall the experience was fine but this yr it's been horrendous. The quality is no longer worth the price (I had 3 shoes become unwearable after 5-8 uses, and no refund also), plus I've been disappointed with the selection. As such, I went to cancel my membership and get some of my credits refunded. They were pushy abt not canceling, which is annoying but I get it, and they did authorize the refund of4 credits. Awesome. Except, every refund but one for some reason failed and they never notified me. I waited nearly 2 wks just in case there was a delay, and when I was finally able to get in contact w customer service they said there was a glitch on their end, and I needed to fill out a form and they would mail me a refund check (which for some reason is the only way they can give me a refund-orginal purchases made through paypal). Annoying, but fine. I fill out the form immediately and am told I will get an email when it's sent. A week goes by, nothing. I try to get in contact with customer service (which was hard enough the first time but now is impossible--at one point I wait over 4hrs on their chat for someone to respond). I finally get in contact w someone and they tell me there's a backlog of issues and there's no estimate of when they can give me that they'll mail the check. This particular chat also takes nearly 2 hrs because everytime the customer service rep asks a question, I answer within a minute, it takes nearly 15 min for them to acknowledge the answer (if they do at all) and upwards of 30 min to get an answer (no check in saying they're still looking into it, even after I msg to make sure I'm still connected). Because of the glitch, delay, & abysmally slow responses, I get the authorization to have more credits refunded. After 3 days, those credits are still on my account so I once again try to reach out if it was actually authorized or check if for some reason I have to wait on the initial issue to get resolved in order to get these refunded. Another 3 attempts at getting in touch with customer service later, ai get the answer that yes, for whatever reason (which they can't or won't explain) I have to wait for the 1st refund before the 2nd one will show, and I still cannot get an estimate if when the check will be sent out. So at this point I have over $300 in refunds sitting in limbo with no idea of when or really if I'll recieve it at this point. I can understand esp around the holidays how things can be a bit backed up, but it's ridiculous for a company this size that it is so hard to get in contact with customer service. After all this, I never want to deal with this company ever again.

So got these boots from JustFab you…

So got these boots from JustFab you know did a subscription canceled it anyways were the boots maybe two or three times and they’re beautiful boots I love them minus I took my sock off and the whole bottom of my foot is black socks and skin .. so I’ve been taking wipes and cleaning it out and literally they’re black. The bottom of the soul is disgusting. Nancy mentioned the cloth that sits on the sole of the boot balled up to the point it had to be removed

They keep taking funds out of my account

$49.95 has been taking out of my account for shoedazzle two weeks ago. I’ve been contacting the company through email and No response. Just two hours ago just fab took another $49.95 from me. I want a refund! They keep taking g money out of my account and no one is responding to my emails and concerns.
