Justice Fire & Security レビュー

Engineer was polite, introduced himself and the company, and showed ID.
His service was very thorough and he answered all my questions satisfactorily. AND - put protective covers on his shoes after entering the hallway.
I have always found Justice reliable, helpful and friendly!

Justice were recommended to us by our new neighbours. We moved into our 6 year old home in May. The house had an alarm system fitted but we soon found out it didn’t work! Following two visits, when Justice tried (without success) to get our old system up and running, we decided to ask them to fit an entirely new system for us. Kevin quoted a very reasonable price for us so we went ahead. We are delighted not just with the product itself, which is very user-friendly, but also with the service received from Justice throughout. Ian (the engineer who installed the system) was efficient, friendly and professional and worked diligently and without fuss. He walked us through everything before he left and made it very clear that we should be in touch if we had any questions or issues. In our small close of 6 homes, 3 are now with Justice Security and we would certainly recommend the company to others.

I recently had my alarm system upgraded by Justice Alarm Systems, and I couldn’t be happier with the service.
Everything went smoothly from start(visit from the surveyor Trevor ) to finish.
The engineer(Ian) was exceptional—always on time, started work early, and was extremely knowledgeable about the system and the upgrade we needed. Nothing was too much trouble, and he went above and beyond what I expected.
The ladies in the office were brilliant too. They responded promptly to all my emails and requests, kept me informed throughout the process, and were always friendly, helpful, and professional.
What really impressed me was the aftercare. The engineer even came back a few days later to check that everything was working perfectly and to make sure we were completely satisfied.
I genuinely can’t fault the service.
Professional, reliable, and outstanding customer care from everyone involved. I would highly recommend Justice Alarm Systems to anyone looking for a trustworthy and knowledgeable alarm company.

Office staff we're rude, engineer very helpful & pleasant how ever didn have the right supplies had to arrange another visit. Which i thought was pretty poor

Ian and Martin were polite and industrious, doing their utmost to fit an alarm system suitable to my needs. They were careful with my property, making good any slight damage caused by moving/replacing sensors. They went through everything with me, making sure I was happy with the workings of the system. I was more than happy with the service provided.

Michael came to our property to give our Home alarm system and CCTV system a check over before going into a maintenance package, his knowledge and explanation of everything was top notch. Also really friendly and polite!

A hi-cup at service but corrected when called out to rectify problem. All staff involved from early morning out of hours service through to engineer coming out the same morning was a very professional service given by dedicated staff who were very customer orientated. Well done Justice Fire & Security,

Don’t bother!! What a joke company!! They obviously don’t need any business because they clearly don’t ring back!! 4 times I tried

From the moment I made my first enquiry, their customer service and communication have been second to none. The team (Rebecca, Kevin, Ian and Oliver) was friendly, knowledgeable and genuinely cared about finding the right solution for me.

Installation was smooth, efficient and professional – everything was explained clearly and done to a high standard. On top of that, their pricing was very competitive for the level of service and peace of mind provided.

I would highly recommend Justice Security to anyone looking for a reliable and trustworthy security company.

Having waited in all afternoon for a service scheduled a few weeks ago, no-one came and no-one had the decency to let us know no-one was coming. After 36 years with this company, I am not happy

I am a driver and I want to go to America but I need a job as a driver.

very professional and reliable. Highly recommended

Reliable service at both quotation and installation stages. Engineers were courteous and helpful during the install and proactive in resolving any issues.

I have used Justice both commercially for work and domestically at home and would recommend them.

Quick telephone response to simple fault, solved quickly with help of Justice technician

Aaron the engineer was very punctual and customer friendly and carried out his work in a professional and diligent manner .

The installation was well planned, and explained to us in great detail, all support was provided quickly.

Great service. Fantastic problem solving - job done well. Thank you

If your company acts the same as one of your drivers then justice is the wrong name for your company.

I do have the van details on my dash cam but I'm sure you will know who the driver is on the M6 driving toward Birmingham behind a police escort of a large load.

Not only cut me off but moved from inside lane to outside lane cutting off other vehicles. He had no regard for safety of others.

Once I download the footage I will be sending it to the police.

Had CCTV installed. Previously had alarm system with them.

Excellent service from quote through to installation. The guys installing were so polite and friendly. No mess. All cables hidden away out of view. Full training of system

Excellent service as always.

Excellent phone contact, and the engineer was helpful, prompt and polite
