Heatseal Insulation Limited レビュー

Tradesmen arrived promptly were respectful and orderly

Their surveyor told me that the moisture levels in my roof timbers at 10 or 11% were way above what they should be at 4%.
Google tells me normal levels of moisture are between 8 and 14% with anything above 20% cause for concern.
Was this "surveyor" behind on his sales targets and he thought I was born yesterday, or is the whole company corrupt from top to bottom?
Best to stay well clear of IMHO.

Excellent work done by the men that came! Worked very hard too. Transformed my loft, making it look bigger… the new sealant that’s now in place has made a difference. They also cleaned up after, thanks!

Initial contact very positive. Visit from surveyor (Mark) thorough and informative. One week later, fitters (Sean and Chris) arrived and got to work. 7 hours later job done. Very impressed with whole process. Would recommend.

The young lady that visited us from Heatseal was very nice and professional. She inspected the roof space and gave us the result. The cost was agreed and the workmen arrived a few days later. They were on time, very clean workers and did a good job. The whole experience was a good one. I would recommend Heatseal with confidence. A quality firm. Award Gold Stars.

From start to finish service was excellent and the fitters were more than excellent

Fantastic Job, wonderful guys, a credit to the Company.

The guys from Heatseal arrived on time introduced themselves and explained the procedure. The application of Storm dry to my brickwork took just over an hour, they tidied up and wiped down any areas ie windows that needed it. Would highly recommend them

The work was done very quickly and they cleaned up afterwards. Very friendly people.

My experience with Heatseal was stress free I didn’t to delay work for awhile they kept in touch and when I was ready I was given a date the workmen were brilliant arrived on time discussed what was needed to be done and they got on with it they even hoovered up afterwards left my premises as they found it great company

Efficient service from survey to completion. Job carried out neatly and quickly.
Guarantee received.
No problems encountered. Second time using this company to improve the ECP rating on my property.

I have used this company before that was for loft insulation this time it was for stormdry. The 2 lads that came were on time and very helpful explained what they were doing left the job tidy

Surveyor was extremely good thoroughly explained every thing, all procedures and pros and cons.instalers were on time, courteous efficient hard working, tidying up to leave no mess, would certainly recommend this company everytime.

This company cold called my elderly parents and took a deposit from them, scheduling work to commence 3 days after signing up for the damp proofing. This did not allow for a 14 day cooling off period. A carbon copy of the agreement was given but no information about what they were actually having done. The work was going to cost almost £2,500. In fairness to the company, they responded to the cancellation of the work and have assured me that the deposit will be returned. I am deeply concerned by the cold calling practices that persuade elderly people to hand over significant sums of money.

I have just had Heatseal install their loft insulation and the loft feels warmer already.
The installers Sean and Chris were polite and friendly and left the house clean and tidy.
I would recommend them.

The workmen were on time, they were polite and they was no mess to clear up

End to end friendly service, very professional and the job they have done is fantastic. As a former engineer I am very happy with the quality of work and can feel the difference in my home with my new insulation. Highly recommended

Heat seal super quilt insulation has been installed today( 03/09/25)
Very satisfied with the installation- Sean and John completed the work efficiently and tidied up following the work- photos taken of the insulation and shown - 10 year warranty explained
We are looking forward to our home being more energy efficient and eventual lower heating bills!
Installing new insulation is a sizable investment in our house - but worth the cost. We recommend Heatseal insulation
