We are first time buyers and were quite concerned about the whole process. Mr Anil Pal was assigned as our mortgage advisor & we had a lot of discussions during the initial period. He allayed our concerns by explaining the whole process to us, and gave us sound and unbiased advice. He has been very approachable right from the start. I would highly recommend him to my friends & family!

No contact from Madeeha for over a week been told she has left the business today
Prior to that I was told directly by Saima she is leaving and Madeeha will take over
Called today to Haart Estate and spoken to Krystal who advised they have nothing to do with just mortgages but can chase them for an update
No communication it’s been months since I said yes to the property I’ve paid solicitors and the agent fee I want a refund by today if I don’t get an update with regards to this property.

Anil helped us so much as first time buyers. He explained everything really well and made it easier for us to see what the best deal would be for us. He gave unbiased and honest advice about Mortgages and life insurance policies that would suit us. He was really quick to answer any questions we had and was always easy to reach.

Anil was very professional and thorough with his approach. He talked me through all the various options and patiently explained each to me. He made the entire process easy and removed all confusion. I would definitely recommend and use his services again.
