I am very satisfied with Miten Chavda who guided me in my mortgage application.
My overall experience was very smooth and trustworthy. Miten explained the process in much detail and answered all my questions.
I was very happy and definitely recommend Just Mortgages.

Miten Chavda has been great throughout what has been an extremely long process. He was always patient and friendly, and always took time to answer all my questions and explain things in a way I would easily understand. I would highly recommend him.

Would give it a 0 if i had the choice

Mitten İn the beginning whilst trying to secure an appointment with him he was understanding but after the appointment, he realised he would not be able to cut a good deal with us and tried his best to not answer my questions but only for me to answer his.

He explained the rates when i asked can i have this in writing he got funny and said "Noooooo! i can't do that" i asked why he said rate changes daily then i asked for him to email me todays rate he tried to cut it short as if it was a sales call and the customer opposite is wasting his precious time?????

This is not acceptable as customers we need to know all our options and have the right to ask which he has the duty to answer them at the best of his knowledge. Treating customers this way is disgraceful i will be giving a feedback of my experience to several review sites as this is unacceptable.

After reporting this to his manager Andrew lake He pretended to hear the recordings of the phone call but of course chose his employees side bias choice. İ did not agree with his decision i feel he is just supporting his colleague as he has worked with him for several years and this is common as they struggle to find replacement.

İ have spoken to other brokers and i did not feel rushed / declined on getting an email explaining what was advised to me by phone. AVOİD AVOİD AVOİD JUST MORTGAGES

Miten Chavda helped us find the best mortgage deal. He made the whole process go so smoothly and quickly, he was always happy to help with any questions and kept up updated the whole time.
