Samuel Simmons at Just mortgages was really helpful for myself and partner who are buying our first home.
With our lack of knowledge and experience with this he helped to make it more understandable and helped us get the best for our money.
Definitely would recommend.

Where to start.
My husband and I have received the most horrible and unprofessional service by Samuel Simmons. Initially everything was great, all process started with the sellers, solicitors etc.
We chased Samuel for two weeks to make the application, there was no response from him and his office confirmed he was there. We had to pull back from our dream house and lose money due Samuel’s lack of professionalism, it turns out he never ran credit checks, not even locked a rate for us and the AIP was non existent , even though he confirmed everything via emails.
There is no excuse for the treatment we received by Samuel Simmons and Just Mortgages.

Kristy Walsh has been so fantastic throughout quite a complex transaction. Not only has Kristy secured me a fantastic mortgage rate, she has gone above and beyond with helping to progress my transaction! Her knowledge goes beyond the realms of the financial and into the conveyancing process too. She truly had my best interests at heart and chased the other side with tact so as to not alienate any party, and pointed them in the right direction if they had uncertainties.

Her turnaround times were fantastic too! She also knows when to pick up the phone and when to call!

I’d also like to thank as they religiously kept me updated on my transaction every week without fail and ensured that my transaction wasn’t lost amongst those other files my conveyancer was dealing with.
