I was speaking to a guy called Lewis. Very rude, very up himself. Came across like he was trying to bully me into a mortgage. Left after that!

Rachel Morse has been nothing short of incredible. I couldn’t speak higher of her, she has been so warm and kept me well informed. I couldn’t recommend her more, just such a wonderful asset to Just Mortgages. Rachel has alleviated any ounce of anxiety and aided me in every question I’ve had.

We were due to remortgage our property at the end of January and we still have no deal. Our advisor Rachel clearly doesn't care as I've not heard from her for nearly 4 weeks and every time I've chased, I've been told "I'm only working on your file"....... After going through multiple calls and arranging all the documentation, we were told that we couldn't get a deal - I went to another broker and got a deal in 2 days. Safe to say, I won't ever use just mortgages again and would advise everyone in the Derby/Nottingham area to avoid using them, especially Rachel Morse.

Rachel Morse has been wonderful so far! Honest and approachable - made everything feel open and transparent.

I highly recommend working with Lucy (mortgage broker) from Just mortgages. She made the whole process easier for me. She is very lovely and keeps you updated all steps of the way. I am glad I got to work with someone who has the clients best interest at heart. The overall service that just mortgages provide is brilliant. Satisfied customer.

She is always quick with her responses and goes beyond a generic duty, that's why I can't say nothing else that her services are brilliant.
