I have had good results in the past but this year, things went wrong. Just Seed instantly sent a replacement order - very good service (and able to phone them and speak to a real person). Much appreciated in these days of automated telephony.

I ordered 2 packets of collectors flowering cactus seed. I noticed that the packets contained seed husks and fine gravel. I phoned just seed and they said that a resend would be pointless because the rest of the batch would be the same. They said that they would refund my money, but they didn't. I tried the seed and as I expected nothing germinated. I gave up and I won't be buying any more seed from this company.

Used to be a good company unfortunately gone right down in standard's last couple of years onion sets absolutely rubbish last year though maybe a bad batch so gave benefit of doubt but this year even worse I complained to no response

Recently found this company. Love the choice, like option of smaller seed quantities, when there was an error of mine and one of theirs it was resolved within hours. Now my go to first choice.

It might be a bit too early to write this review as I only saw the flower seeds 5 days ago, but some of the cosmos seeds I bought, already germinated. Based on this and on the quick deliveryI gave 5 stars.

I have been buying onion sets from just seeds for a few years now but this year I was not at all satisfied and previous years were not good but this year was the worst because a lot of the heads were rotten, so next year I will look for someone else to order from because this year I had to throw away between 150-200 heads, there were more but I put them in the soil so if they sprout it will be fine but I don't think so. If I were a seller I would be ashamed to send a customer something like they sent me. I thought if I bought more then I would pick what was worth it but I spent close to £60 on my small garden maybe it would have been better if I had saved that money and bought the finished product at the end of the season. Be careful buying from just seeds ltd because you can spend your money on something that is not worth it. Don't have the same problem as me. Kind regards

The seed is always good never fails and the price is never bettered

Shocking, not at all recommended, placed the order on 27th of March for £67 paid first class delivery, today is Monday 30th of March and my order still not shipped, refunded me only £2.55 for first class shipping, but still not posted my order, I really angry as the seeds I need to seed it now to germinate, send bunch of emails, try to call couple times no one not available and not replying to my emails, I don't know what to do, either spend money again at somewhere or what, as refund also would be not straight away, definitely not recommended

Good product at a good price and prompt deliver

Batch no RW0095/11254/7427 packed Dec26 antirrhinum twinny mix contained a completely empty small envelope inside the packet. Very unhappy and disappointed.
After contacting JustSeed we have been in contact and am pleased to say another packet has just been received so with that I feel I can be confident to buy from then again.

all aspects covered happy with the service and will be back for more quality seeds

1st batch of seeds did not germinate so unsure if bad batch or not, i never has germination issues, lemon peppers and tangerine dream, had them going for 3 weeks now new batch sent and are growing thank you very much great service

You do not post to Northern Ireland.
I had to divert the seeds to South Wales and thy had to send them ON.
For such fabulous seeds and such a prestige company this is NOT GOOD Enough.
The price of postage is the same to Northern Ireland as to South Wales!!

Very good value. Obviously not planted yet but I’m hoping for good results!

My first order was really easy to place and pay for on line. Communication was great, updated on each step.
Delivery was fast. All great so far.
The best bit was the instructions on their seed packets.
Really informative and helpful with ways to successfully germinate.

I’m very impressed and already placing a second order.
