No reply to online contact, probably because they are overwhelmed with complaints.
Although they have been good in the past, sadly I shall not be using Simply Seeds again.
Good items and received fine
First time I have used this company and was unsure due to mixed review on TrustPilot. However, my seeds were all delivered fine, on time and they have all (mostly all at the moment) germinated. Would use again. Only suggestion is that the seed packets are huge for the contents so you could make the packets smaller. Many thanks

Great Customer Service
Genuinely pretty strong, preliminary to my order but customer service was immensely helpful and the time to dispatch was satisfactorily minimal, the negative reviews loomed over this site so the last thing I expected was any convenience - I was proved pleasantly wrong! Will be using again.

The second order did not arrive either. I used the contact form several times to complain about this but got no meaningful replies and eventually they simply ignored me.

They were good enough to repost via Royal Mail after a number of failed deliveries.
Shame they dont use a better postage company or i would probably order more, but found comms to be good and problem which was down to DHL not them was solved

Toughball onion seeds, use by year end 2028 (treated seeds that presumably are supposed to stay viable longer?), planted 96 seeds in two trays, all planted at the same time, the same compost and kept together in the same environment/temperatures. 21 growing well and now at the two leaf stage, no sign of any of the other 75. Will not be buying anything from Simplyseeds again.

I have a problem with my orders, and I have emailed the Company several times. I receive an auto response each time advising someone will shortly be in touch. THEN NO CONTACT WHATSOEVER.
The only method of contacting them is through an on-line form. NO PHONE NUMBER!!!!!
Customer service would appear to be non-existant, which means I would not recommend dealing with this Company.

I brought tomato seeds in January the seed order was for beef ,and big mama. and what has grown is cherry tomato,s a whole season gone to waste.
Also the sweet peas did not germinate.
I will NOT be ordering again.

Bought several packs of seeds and none of them have produced what I expected. Rudbeckia seeds did germinate, but all failed to grow on beyond a tiny seedling. Passandra cucumbers growing way too big (they are supposed to be a mini cucumber) and producing seeds - clearly not the real thing as they are an F1 hybrid which produce very few seeds. Lollo rosso seeds did germinate and grow on, but not usual growing habit, bolting while still young. I've never had them bolt before until they are past their best. they are renowned for being bolt resistant. I could go on...

I would offer zero stars if I could. When placing the order I failed to notice that the merchant program had entered my old address as the mailing address. I noticed about a minute later when I recieved my confirmation email.i immediately sent an email to them stating that I had given the wrong address and then supplied the correct one. No phone number is available to call them. I recieved no response to any of the half dozen emails I sent.
A week later and I recieved a reply to my email:
'As we dispatch same day we do rely on customers putting correct information in. Furthermore we do alas get many scam attempts involving the re-routing of items.'
I think that this is horrendous customer service and, quite honestly, reflects poor administration in the least. I told them as much and said that it was a shame as I had looked forward to ordering more products in the future. I stated that I would not l, now, given their poor response. I recieved a further email from the other owner:
'Good because I dont like wasting shipping to people who dont know theior
own address!'
There are so many different ways this could have been handled... I think they possibly chose the very last one most successful businesses would have.
I suppose next time I should read the reviews first. Seems customer service is not their greatest issue....
Ordered a variety of different seeds
Ordered a variety of different seeds, and out of 30-40 only 2 didnât germinate. Iâm pretty happy with that. Ordering was simple, delivered with no problems at all.
I have a thriving garden with strong plants. And considering this is my very first experience with growing anything, Iâm more than happy with simply seed, and will probably be back for more next year.

Have had to buy all new from another supplier and even though I'm playing catch up they have grown fast and well.
