I am so greatful i got the chance to work with James and experience my dark windows, he made me feel enlightened and free, light and in peace. He understands every single feeling i express and directly explains to me why am i feeling this. Thank you James for everything

I have had two great hypnotherapy sessions with James, getting excellent results from each session and helping me to get rid of previous negative issues.
James is very experienced, confident and professional and, at the same time, he has a great energy and was very adaptable in his approach to me, giving me a service that suited me individually, which made the sessions feel more powerful to me, helping me to make the changes that I wanted.

I had my first ever Reiki session today with James. I wasn’t sure what to expect and felt a little apprehensive. James put me at ease straight away. He is such a friendly approachable guy.
The Cottage, Tamworth is an amazing place, full of oldie worldly charm. It has such a calm and peaceful ambience to it.
The treatment room was quiet, warm and comfortable.
The session lasted an hour, during which James played soothing, relaxing music. I think I may have fallen asleep at one point. I feel absolutely chilled to the max and I’m expecting to have an amazing nights sleep tonight.
I can highly recommend James for Reiki to anyone needing relief from stress or anxiety, low mood or generally feeling out of sorts. Thank you very much James.

My son is on the higher end of the Autistic Spectrum and has phobia of needles due to a bad past experience. I saw James recommended on social media and took my son to see James for hypnotherapy as he needed a root canal filling and having to cancel a few times, even once as my son sat in the dentists chair, I thought anything was worth a try. Well, today my son not only had the needle to numb his gum but also a root canal filling. He sat in the dentist's chair and did some anchoring and had a recording from James playing in his headphones. I can't thank James enough for his kindness, patience, mentoring and his help. I have seen my son today, proud of himself and feeling confident for the first time in a while. It feels like a dark cloud has been lifted as life will sometimes require needles. It has been literally a life-changing day. Thanks so much James.

An excellent presentation to our WI. James was very informative entertaining and respectful. All of our ladies went home feeling very relaxed and happy. I would recommend James highly. I hope we can use his services again in the future.

Highly recommend James, I have had several sessions now of hypnotherapy, counselling and Reiki and I can honestly say he’s completely changed the way I think about things now in a really positive way. After a period of reflection whilst not being able to work I decided that I needed to embrace a more balanced lifestyle and this included my mental and spiritual well being.

I contacted James to see if he could give me some tools to help me achieve this. We agreed upon a 4 session programme to include ; Meditation, breathing exercises to start the day with a clear and energised mind, hypnosis to guide my subconscious mind and Reiki.

James provided all sessions in lovely surroundings which I felt enhanced the experience. I can say that after each session I felt spiritually refreshed and looked forward to the session the following week.

I discussed with James the possibility of booking some further sessions later in the year to give me some more tools to deal with life on life's terms in a calm and relaxed way.

I went to James because of stress from starting a new business. We had a couple of sessions together and he really boosted my confidence and helped me not let things get on top of me. Absolutely amazing guy and it's amazing what he does. I highly recommend 👌
