Best thing I ever did was doing the sleep challenge ðð»
As a single working mum of 2 & the extra stress of trying to cope with a new online business as well as running my current one & daily life with the kids.My sleep was all over the place & I felt like I was close to burning out.
I had experienced a group training session with Angus via my coaching company(& was really impressed) & when I saw Angus had a sleep challenge I knew it was my only chance of getting proper advice & help from someone who genuinely wants to help people.
The sleep challenge course was the best thing I did as it educated me & opened my eyes to things I was doing throughout the day that were affecting my sleep.
The best part for me was the videos were a perfect length, not too long & not too short, each one had PDFâs & also summaryâs at the end so it was really useful . I never felt overwhelmed with the information as it was just the right amount to cope with daily. (& having all the extra info was a huge bonus as it meant I could read it all in my own time & keep it to remind me what to do)
Angus has a really calm & great way of explaining things & his knowledge is out of this world .
I am no longer waking up as much as I was in the night & thatâs all down to learning when to stop / slow down with fluids / what I eat etcâŠ..& implementing the tools I learnt to help me throughout the course.
I canât recommend this challenge enough & am currently trying to get all my mummy friends to do it too as I truly believe it will help them as much as itâs helped me change my routine/ attitude to getting better sleep.
