To be very honest I was skeptical. 😂 But they delivered FASTER THAN I EXPECTED. They also went to pick up my good from my other shipping company that was giving me issues. They picked up and shipped and it was cheaper. The lady who handled my order was called Yep she was awesome ngl. She kept on reassuring me and carrying me along with every process and how my goods were being shipped. 😂 I got tired of the updates she was giving me. I can recommend them 100%

JW Logistics offers competitive consolidation rates and basic photo updates. However, working with agent Rita Chen was a frustrating experience. Communication was very slow, and our cargo sat in their warehouse for two full months.

Despite using an in-house Chinese agency for customs clearance, they struggled to coordinate with DSV—a major freight forwarder that other agents work with seamlessly. Fine if you are on a tight budget and in no rush, but not recommended if you need reliable operations and responsive support.

I've had a smooth shipping experience with this team for at least a year now. Chloe provided patient and timely support all the way, and responded quickly to all my questions. They also handled specific requests, custom packaging and personalisation, for example, without any issue, and always found a solution whenever a problem came up. Everything was arranged properly.
