Superb!
Another great marketing and sales experience from the team at JW Wood. My mother has used them over the years and they have always been excellent. They seem to have a better pool of buyers and the house was sold in a couple of weeks which was amazing.
There is a downside, we used their conveyancing services which were terrible and very stressful to deal with. They were so slow that we ended up being stung for SDLT, communication was none existent too. I had to source seperate independent additional legal advice which cost us as they were getting things wrong with one thing and another. They're not directly part of JW Wood and therefore the above is not a reflection on JW Wood whose aftersales team were as frustrated as we were. A big thank you to Kelly in JW Wood aftersales for helping us sort out the conveyancers, you were superb! Thank you.
So a massive thank you to Geoff, Sarah, Julie and team JW Wood. We're in our new property, mother is safer for it and we are very very happy because of all your help. I wouldn't use anybody else because JW Wood have always delivered a fantastic five star service.

Amazing company
Amazing company, very friendly and helpful staff, Tony especially has gone above and beyond to help iron out a few solicitor issues, should I ever need to use a local estate agents in the future I will definitely be using JW Woods.

I use Wood for the letting of the properties I have in Darlington. They are very good at finding excellent tenants. Minor repairs are done quick and efficiently major ones they give me a heads up and can then deal with them.
