Klare Empfehlung

Schnelle, reibungslose Lieferung. Alle gekauften Artikel waren vorhanden, unbeschädigt und überzeugten bisher in ihrer Qualität.

Sollte man hier etwas in seiner Bestellung vergessen haben und bestellt zeitnah nochmal wird auch mitgedacht und alles in einem Paket versandt. So spart man sich doppelte Versandkosten. Das erlebt man heute auch nur ganz ganz selten. Daher sind die 5 Sterne verdient.

90% expired for more than a year

Fast shipping
But once goods arrived everything had expired for a year already
The Gochugaru powder is actually cayenne pepper so not the same.
The alcohol i ordered was expired since 2003 (we are currently 2024).
Im at a loss why this company still exists, very sad to see expensive ingredients being overpriced and then sent expired.

Expired Products: The items you purchased are from our BBD-Section(Best Before Date), the bbd cooking bag. These products are past their best before date but are still safe to consume. This was noted on the product page, and we have now made this even more prominent to avoid any confusion.

Alcohol Expiry Date: The date on the alcohol you received is the manufacture date, not an expiration date. In many parts of the world, including Asia, alcohol products do not have expiration dates. However, in the Netherlands, all products must display an expiration date. This can lead to misunderstandings, but rest assured, the alcohol is safe to consume. Out of goodwill, my colleague has already issued you a refund for the alcohol you ordered before noticing your 1-star review about this.

Gochugaru Powder: We apologize for any confusion regarding the Gochugaru powder. "Gochu" means pepper and "garu" means powder. We have added an information page on our website to clarify this for all customers.

1- Workers’ dealings with customers/ 2. Formality, credibility and kindness

First, let's talk about how they treated me.
They were very practical and kind to me, from the first order to the end.
Not to mention the quality of the order as well. I was happy with my order. It was as I had imagined or more.
What I did not expect was that there was a gift: snacks to eat with noodles، and chopsticks too.
I want to thank you very much for your effort and kindness.
