No refund policy? Crazy to tie my $ up on credit when I cannot physically have ingredients and it is an un opened bag I.want to return. The team stopped responding!!

The products taste great, but the customer service is horrible. I recently updated my subscription to immediately send me 6 bags of products. I received 3 boxes of 6 bags, and I was charged 3 times on my credit card. I called their customer service, and requested to allow me return 1 box which is 6 bags of products. I keep extra 6 bags just to reduce their burden on shipping it back. They insisted that I can only return 2 bags max. I am shocked to find out that they just don't care at all no matter what. What am I going to do with 18 bags of protein powder? I said that was their system error, and they refused to acknowledge it. I can't believe that Kachava has this kind of customer service manner. Just to shout out to let you all know my horrible experience.

I look forward to having my Ka’Chava everyday. I have been going through a series of health issues that have forced me to add multiple vitamins to my everyday diet. I’ve noticed that since I’ve started drinking Kachava I have been able to not only get rid of all of the different bottles and products I was using but also stop taking the medication to control the Edema that was forming throughout my body.Thanks to the honesty and quality of ingredients in Kachava I now have a craving for only healthy nutrient dense foods to fuel my body. What a blessing ;thanks Kachava!

I ordered 12 days ago. It has not shipped. They acknowledge the order has not left them, but refuse to refund my money.

I have been a Ka'Chava customer for several years. The company switched to a smaller bag, and what appears to be less product. I can't confirm because they do not show that information (ounces of product) on their website. The pricing has increased to over $70! Not worth it. And, the new zipper tab breaks off and if you attempt to pull the remaining piece the inner plastic bag rips and you can't seal it. That has happened on both of my shipments of the new packaging.

Ka'Chava! Where do I begin. It won't matter because they will NOT read this nor care what it says. I ordered $239 worth of 'so-called' meal replacements on Dec. 3rd. Dec 5th I looked at my subscription and the shipment wasn't supposed to ship until January. I cancelled that day. She said we only give exchanges. But, i said, if you havent shipped it, there can be no exchange! I told her again and again NOT TO SHIP IT!!! She said i cancelled your subscription. I said great! Cancel everything. We cant do that once its in the system. LIES. Not only did she ship it, she shipped it two weeks EARLY. Now, I have to exchange it.
They got this stuff pulled off Amazon because of heavy metals! They have an "F" rating with the BBB. They NEVER respond to reviews there. They do not care. Don't buy this stuff!!!
Update! If you need to cancel a shipment you paid for, the only way you will get your money back is by physically stopping the delivery as it is happening. If they leave it on your porch, your done. It's in your possession. You will never get your money back. Unfortunately, it was delivered to my house. I may be doing some exchanges if I do not like any of it or it makes me sick. Also, the bottle that comes in the kit... cheap plastic.
One last thing.... I have almost TWO MILLION views on my Google review account. If you Google Ka'Chava only their website will appear showing RAVING reviews! What you do NOT see is one single Google review. Ka'Chava won't allow anyone to post a review on Google. So here i am. On Trustpilot. Then Yelp. Trying to warn all of you.
BUYER BEWARE!! Ka'Chava DON'T CARE!!

I wish I had read these reviews before making a purchase! I ordered on 11/15 and my package is yet to be shipped, almost a month later! They keep making excuses and telling me to be “patient.” And knowing now by these comments that they’ve changed the recipe for the worse makes me not even want it! UGH, so frustrating, I used to buy Kachava a few years back and absolutely loved it. What a huge disappointment 😢

I placed an online order late November, it was sent back due to fraud for whatever reason. I called customer service and was asked if I wanted a refund or another order sent out, I said I want another order sent out and delivered to my home. I was also contacted by Jordan M. who claimed she will make sure a replacement order will be sent out and I will be given a tracking number when it's sent out. It's been six days and I am still waiting for a status and tracking number. This is poor customer service and am tempted to take my business elsewhere if I don't receive a response soon.

Have been buying for 3 years now and they recently changed the formula and ingredients. Asked to return the products for a refund and have been ignored after following up three times now.

If I could give this airline 0 I would! Customer service is beyond frustrating gives a guarantee and doesn't honor it. One rep days one thing, another rep says another. I stopped my subscription 10 months later I get 2 more deliveries $120 each. They said sent them in and I can get a refund $12.50. So I do. Then they say I can only use the refund in exchange for more of their shitty products. Now I have 6 bags of shit i will never use and am out $265. My advice is DON'T DO IT!

I used to love kachava. They changed the formula and it tastes like a very strong weird chemical sweetness. It is so bad that I can't drink it. Before it was well worth the price. Now in the last month, the product is inedible and disgusting.

Has to ber one of the most frustrating purchasing decisions I can remember. Ordered the product and then....nothing, after days, even though the website said orders ship out the same day. Wrote "customer service" and got canned answers they must have perfected by now, reading all the reviews here. Still waiting...

SCAM. This product is one of the most expensive protein shake powders on the market and is full of not great ingredients and toxic additives. They will try to get you locked into a monthly subscription and the worst part, they boast "satisfaction guaranteed", but will not refund you if you are not satisfied. You can only exchange or get store credit. 200$ down the drain. There are so many better products out that. I really believe this one is taking advantage of young people with their adds. I was duped.

Do not buy from this company!! When you buy their product they require you to sign up for a subscription. Even if you cancel the subscription, they will continue to charge your account and if you try to return it they only give you store credit. This company is a scam!! Terrible customer service!!

I use to swear by Kachava for the past two years and probably would have been a customer for life. Since they changed their formula it seems like the company is on a fast moving train downhill. The taste and quality is horrible now and it doesn't make my body feel good anymore. It actually make me sick now. They changed a great formula and now refuse to provide refunds even they claim to guarantee 100% customer satisfaction. Why would you want a store credit or a different flavor if you hate the taste of the shakes and it makes you ill. Their customer service sucks. All you get is a scripted response and not have any issues or questions addressed. I cancelled my subscription as I have lost complete faith in the company. They ruined a great product to get more financial wealth. They use to be a step above the competition and now they are on equal playing fields and less elite.

Long time customer of Kachava, 2-3 bags per month (primarily chocolate). Just got an order after significant delays only to find out formula/ingredients changed for the worst! Significantly more saturated fat and poor taste. I sadly had to cancel.

I would give this product zero stars if I could. I ordered five bags and didn't like them. They're not filling and make you gassy. Unfortunately, I forgot to change my subscription settings, so I was sent another five bags of product and charged over $300 for them. When I called customer service for the return and refund policy, I was told store credit only. This is a scam! Who would want a store credit for a product they didn't like?

Like the taste (Vanilla), blends well, quality ingredients (if it is what they say it is) and enjoyed. Good.
Bad. Ordered another 2 bags from their site, one month later still has not shipped. Yes, their site shows a label was created, but it is not shipping. Called 3 times, each time talked with a human, but felt like it was BS and a chatbot script. Kachava, of course, has my money for a product that hasn't been fulfilled. Something is very wrong. Not sure what, but it feels like a company funding its current business with future sales. Not a successful business plan and fair to consumers. I don't know for sure, just something doesn't feel right along with 0 customer service (1+1 = 2).

I placed an order a month ago just to try the product. I hit 1 time order. As I was about to submit, the button changed to subscribe. I changed it back. I got an email that my subscription was being shipped and they charged my card. I am furious. I spoke to 2 people who hung up on me, was on hold for 40 minutes and they disconnected my call. This is fraud. I have filed a complaint, sent an email to them. I have a feeling this company will be going out of business soon. In today's age, dishonesty against consumers is rampant. I would not give this company your card number!!!

I think Ka Chava has lost their mind. I just received two packs of the chocolate as I've been doing for a long time.
I'm 73 and count on this vegan nutrition. Well, this morning I couldn't wait to have my Ka Chava after being without it for days.
What a disappointment. They changed the ingredients. So now it doesn't taste like chocolate and it is way too sweet. What a stupid move these companies do when they have a beloved product and they decide to change it.

If the original sells then why change it? A very stupid move in my opinion. I will probably cancel my subscription.
But now I'll have to search for something else.
