I have been drinking these for multiple years now. Have never had an issue with expired products as I use them daily. Love the flavor selection. Does it make me feel better or give me energy boost? I don't know, I'm old, a widower and alone so most days I feel like crap anyway but these are convenient meal options for me. Annual blood tests at my Dr and everything is always balanced and fine within acceptable variances so they must be helping me. I think? Hope? Meh, hope is for the young.....anyway imo not a bad product although the free shipping does take a LOT longer than 3 to 5 days as it states but I order a month in advance before I run out of product so it works out. Expensive? Yes, But what else am I supposed to spend money on....(I think there are people who want my money anyway so I will spend it before they get it). Anyway, this was fun, I don't get to talk to people much so sorry for unloading here.

Horrible shipping experience, especially paying nearly 15% of the total product cost. Never received it within the window promised. Customer service denied any refund for shipping or any accommodation or recognition. For the cost, the time the product has been sitting in the hot summer freight, I'd never order from this company again. Just an awful experience all around. I'll review the product when, and if, I ever get it.

My order never got delivered and the customer service rep was extremely rude. They refused to provide a refund or replacement and I had to file a fraud claim with my credit card to get my money back. This company will unapologetically rip you off.

I have been subscribing Ka'chava for the last 2 years and am a big fan. The shakes are tasty and well balanced. I have recommended these to one of my vegan friends since it is made of Pea Protein instead of Whey. Overall, a great quality product and an excellent company.

BUYER BEWARE! Check expiration dates, ordered and out of the Five Flavor bundle 3 bags expired exactly 3 months after purchase!!! When I called they did nothing..said that I should have consumed them in the 3 month period? What?? I think they are getting rid of expired bags tot he consumer and then don't compensate you. They offer to give you points? Now why would I give you more money and risk getting another expired bag? DO NOT PURCHASE!

The taste is terrible. Why was sugar added? It makes the taste even worse.

I ordered two bags of the chai as a chai lover. I didn’t think they could be that horrible. I was wrong. They offer a return policy even if it’s open I’ve only used one scoop to make one drink out of the first bag. The second bag is unopened. They will only take one return per flavor, so please do yourself a favor if you order this freaking brand do not order two bags only order one and see how you like it. Customer service was not helpful. If I could describe the flavor, it taste like 1 million year old fossil that I ground up. Cheers.

Do not use this company, the rip off their customers and don't care! You ask to speak to a manager and they refuse to get you over to one, they just keep telling you they cannot do so.
This company is a joke!!!! Their powder tastes like chalk too!!!

I’m extremely dissatisfied with this product. I ordered both the chocolate and vanilla a high price tag and was overcome with extreme gas and bloating and constipation when I used it. I stopped drinking it and my gas and bloating started to regulate but I had to take laxatives as it blocked me up so bad! I contacted customer service to return an unopened bag and hopefully get a refund for the bag that I used three times and they said the only thing they would do is send me a new flavor if I sent that one back and paid for shipping. That’s a red flag if a company is not willing to back up their product within 10 days of purchase. I also had to add a banana to the smoothie, otherwise it tasted like chalk and gritty. I guess the truth of the matter is is you can’t really beat Whole Foods that our bodies can assimilate. You can’t do good nutrition with sketchy powders that taste like garbage.

They automatically send an order without an email reminder. And they can never cancel the order and their return policy is terrible. I don’t recommend this company.

It's way too expensive for what it is - and it has an artificial aftertaste.

Tastes off, overpriced for what it is, decided to cancel my subscription 5 days before the next order would be shipped. The company still processed my order, the cancellation did not take, and then they gave me a runaround with return. Claimed they would give me a refund "just this once" for the product I did not order, but then in the fine print later in the email said it would be a store credit. They also wanted me to pay for shipping.

Scumbag bullshit basically, don't give them your credit card info.

Gives me almost an instant headache. Company will not accept returns/refund the purchase of unopened items.

I bought the chocolate, seeing that they claimed a 30-day return policy. The taste is just awful! I emailed to get the return info and was told, I can only exchange for a different flavor. I’d have to return on my dime but no refund. If you can’t make claims it’s returnable, it tells you they do not stand by their product. An absolute waste of $70

Kachava touts a risk-free experience. However, if you want a store credit or a new product, YOU PAY TO RETURN the product. It tastes terrible. You have to drown it in fruit to make it taste good. Try something different.

I had high hopes for the Coconut Acai flavor after reading positive reviews, but unfortunately, it tastes like chalk; completely undrinkable. When I contacted customer service about an exchange, I was told I'd have to pay return shipping on a $75 bag. That's not a solution; that's passing the cost of a bad product onto the customer. I won't be purchasing again, and it's a shame, because this interaction alone is what lost my loyalty.

This company has zero United States based customer service they offer a point system but will not let you redeem points they also will not let you delete your credit card information from their system once you cancel your account they keep it and God knows what they do with it then because they aren't under United States law or jurisdiction

Canceling a subscription is a tedious and laborious process. I have canceled my subscription on 3 occasions. The first one was without issue. The deliveries stopped until I resumed the subscription. The second and third cancellations were problematic. Deliveries continued without my consent. There are multiple pop ups that must be navigated through, each of which is leading the user to continue the subscription. In any event, the management team has made it difficult to cancel a subscription. This results in increased sales and reduced customer satisfaction.

The product is fine, albeit at the high end of the cost spectrum.

Worst customer service in the industry. Their loyalty program is also a joke. Even though my husband and I have spent thousands of dollars with Ka'Chava and still treated VERY poorly. Will be taking our business elsewhere.

I placed an order for product and later received 2-seperate shipments. 1-was my actual order and the other I had no idea about. I logged into the Ka Chava webite and found that I had been signed up for a subscription for the order I placed, and also for a second subcription I knew nothing about. I contacted Ka Chava support and was told I could only receive a credit for 2-out of the 4-products that they randomly shipped me an order for. That credit could be used on their website AND will not go back to the source of payment.

it's a scam to automatically setup customers for a subscription for the product of their one time order, and then to add another subscription ontop of that which a customer will NEVER get their money back.
