I ordered the product and signed up for the subscription. Received the first order, no problem.
Then I placed this order on October 3, 2023 as a subscription, supposedly "DoorDash" was supposed to deliver is but I still have not received it yet, 10 days later! I have called them three times and I am still waiting. I have informed them that I will cancel the subscription if I do not receive the product and will contact the bank and the appropriate authorities if they try to charge my credit card. It is beginning to sound like a scam to get money after the cancellation of the subscription without sending us the product!

I tried their products, hated the taste. Canceled on line. They automatically resubscribed me to another order. Called and emailed immediately, they said it shipped. It is a saturday. Shipping companies do not pick up on Saturdays, I own one so I would know! This is a shady company with HORRIFFIC Customer Service Save yourself the agony, stay clear of this company!!!

Kachava website is NOT working for placing orders NOR for Refund or Subscription cancellation.
I had to call (855) 668-7574 phone line to place a new order and to process the refund. Also, they make you pay for Return Shipping. Overall quality of the product is moderate, but significantly overpriced.

The shakes are okay at best, but certainly not for the price. But the customer service is where they are terrible and deserve zero stars. They sent me two pouches of shakes, even after I canceled the subscription and yet they will only take one bag back at my shipping expense. Never again will I purchase from this company.

Ive been an on and off again subscriber for about 2 years now. Ive never had a problem with being alerted my order was being shipped out or pausing my subscription. Always received days after being alerted as well. I love the chocolate and vanilla. Ill put strawberries, blueberries, or a banana if im using it for a meal replacement. Ive also tried the coconut acai and I do not like the flavor. Seems very synthetic. I do believe there a little pricey but believe your health is most important. I dont always use the 2 scoops and it makes it go alot longer. In comparison to eating out, its a fraction of the cost these days, plus the ingredients you are definitely not going to get. I would like to see less or no sugar added and more fiber. Other then that I LOVE KACHAVA!!!!!

Longtime subscriber now realize that this product is overpriced has slick marketing poor customer service. Don't be fooled.

I had a subscription. They send a warning email prior to an order being renewed where you can cancel or postpone that order. However, if you miss the notification (eg. goes to spam), your order will be placed and you have no ability to cancel via the website, even moments after receiving an order confirmation. The only way to cancel is to talk to a customer rep via chat (live support is only available during business hours). Irony is, these orders happen in the middle of the night when there is no live support. Its a bad business practice and probably makes them more money on an already over-priced product. Stay away.

I should have read the reviews on here before purchasing. I'm having the same trouble as everyone else - not receiving the product you purchased and not receiving any updates.

This is one of those unfortunate products where it's almost impossible to receive a true review on because all of the online reviews come directly from K'achavas website, and you can't review them on google. So basically they just have a monopoly on how their product is represented online and they only allow 5 star (likely fake) reviews to display on popular websites.

Trust the reviews on here. This company seems like a scam. I wouldn't trust them.

Ordered over a week ago still haven't received my order or tracking info. Tried contacting them through email and they haven't responded except to say they will look into it. Yet they took the money out of my account the very next day( 6 days ago). Really poor customer service. Will not purchase again. Update supposed to be delivered now on the 13th. Shipping through some off brand Company. I could have driven to their warehouse 5 times round trip and been faster. This company is a joke.

Terrible company / service in general. I have made over 6 orders and none of them shipped. I canceled and then they kept saying thank you for your patience? Very odd business practices. Very odd company. I dont get it. 2 weeks to ship a bag of powder. Every order they would say something different. "We are having shipping issues" "we wait for card verification from your bank" "We are processing still, thank you for your patience" It seems to me they are holding funds for interest fraud... but I personally would stay away from them, not trust worthy nor honest. Dont take the gamble.

I ordered first package to try it out, NEVER signed up for subscription, especially on something I had never tried before. A month goes by and I get another package in the mail, and yes, they had the nerve to charge my credit card. Product itself is not bad, but the audacity killed it. I will NOT order for this Company again... For the record RYZE is the same thing!

My first experience with Kachava was initially spot on perfect. I literally received my first order the next day and was pleased at the quality of it, although beit rather pricey. Upon responding to a BOGO sale to receive either a free bag of chai or matcha, being I am a matcha afficianado, I took the latter. It took almost a week to even ship, then when the product was received, the bag of chocolate was not sealed properly and the matcha was utterly vile (baby vomit). I contacted the company regarding their "love it or replace it" guarantee and they cheerfully replaced my unsealed bag of chocolate, however refused to replace the unloved bag of matcha with anything other than chai which I cannot have. They were quite rude about it and even when I expressed my dissatisfaction, they were quite unconcerned about losing my business to other competitors. Sad, because I did quite enjoy the chocolate flavor, but with the apathetic attitude of the customer service the bad taste in my mouth went far beyond just the bad blend of their product....

GREAT PRODUCT!
I bought this product to help with motility and to substitute my breakfast due to the fact i have never really eaten one consistantly. Its fast, easy and tastes great, so long as its well blended (I use a frother with great results). Not to mention it is a healthy superfood that picks up where my diet may lack. Took a couple weeks of use but I am now getting the full impact and it keeps me from being hungry well past lunchtime if need be. I work in concrete so I don't really have a set schedule for eating because i can't leave until the job is done. For me, this product just makes sense and checks all the boxes i was looking for. I have never had the need for customer service due to the fact that my products always ship and arrive in a timely manner but i find comfort in the fact that if i need to cancel, change, delay or skip a delivery its only a few simple clicks away via my kachava profile on their website. Thank you kachava, for creating a great product that delivers on its promises.

Absolutely HORRENDOUS customer service. I canceled my plan in December and they have sent me two shipments since then. The customer service representatives barely speak any English and tried to claim I didn’t cancel my subscription. They said on a call on Monday I would get a return label to ship back the product I didnt order. Then I got an email saying I need to pay for shipping it back. What a joke!!!! Spent several hours just trying to cancel. Do not recommend this company!! They couldn’t even transfer me to a supervisor. Unacceptable for such an expensive product. Do not order from them or it will cost you hundreds of dollars due to their shady business practices.

So many bad customer service reviews. I ordered 2 bags it's my first order received my order in about 5 days. Love the product it's a bit pricy but what isn't these days. I read one guys review he said it is gritty and leaves a gritty flavor in the mouth. I say he needs a better blender I use a ninja blender nothing comes out gritty, smooth creamy shakes everytime. If price is your problem you should either buy a cheaper product or get a second job. You shouldn't put a price on your health. Go out and eat breakfast see what it costs now a days 12 to 15 dollars a person. Kachava is 1/3 that. Anyway what do I know i occasionally smoke 30 dollar cigars so price is never an issue with me. Life's to short to stress over prices be happy don't worry. Also if your worried about being charged monthly for an unwanted subscription open a debit card account with a minimum of 200 dollars at a time in it for online purchases that way you can't be scammed for much. Awful. Robbery. Paid $25 for return shipping and they still won’t give me my money back.

They charged me for my subscription, but never shipped the order. Over two weeks later, I followed up I got some vague “needs further approval” B.S. It would be one thing if they hadn’t charged me, but they took my money and are failing to provide a product.

I am a gold customer and used Black Friday deal to ship to exact same address using the exact same credit card that was used in past and after about a month of delay and so many phone and chat follow up, I got an email that order is cancelled with no explanation. Upon calling, they told me that some fraud or new system was implemented and they have no info and orders were rejected during review. I asked if I could place another order with same Black Friday deal but was denied. Several Emails to customer support got no response as well. They also charge credit card in advance and due to all this I also missed other Black Friday deals from competitors.

Such a poor and bad experience for someone who referred several customers.

It is false advertisement for Black Friday and it seems they are just using excuses to deny the deal somehow.
