Five stars — without hesitation.

We just wrapped up a full-house renovation and the experience was remarkable start to finish. Floors, floor heating, bathrooms, walls knocked out, kitchen prep, ceilings, stairs — a complete transformation down to the bones.

He is the contractor you dream of but rarely find. Super reliable, incredibly communicative, and a project manager who genuinely has everything under control. When challenges came up (and they always do), we were never left in the dark. Every issue came with clear options and a plan to keep us on budget.

What really blew us away was how much he actually cared. He didn't just execute — he thought along with us and helped us make smarter decisions throughout. He and his team are an absolute joy to work with.

The end result speaks for itself. Our home is transformed. Hire him — you won't regret it.

Vadim was vanaf dag 1 erg behulpzaam en duidelijk. Hij dacht met ons mee en was oplossingsgericht. Er werd netjes gewerkt. Echt top!

We had a pleasant experience working with Vadim and his team. He is patient and listening, he pays attention to details with his work. He and his team did painting for the whole house including all doors, windows and laid laminate in 2 floors. Right from the start, he gave advice on paint colors and even helped us choose the right paint type based on our requirements.

The floors were also laid neatly with precise cuts and corners. We installed the plinths on the floor with him and he did a very good job with sealing them and also caulking all the gaps.

The only things he should have done is to give a better advice on the underfloor. We reused over underfloor which he said was in good condition and hence we did not change it. But now in some places it is hollow and feels like the floor is sinking.

Overall he is good and also quite flexible, we had other contractors too, and there were some delays and he was quite flexible to accommodate that situation.
Some extra work came along and he helped with that very well and communicated us. Thanks for the hard work!

We've hired Vadim for a large-scale renovation project: full removal of old constructions, new floor insulation and floor heating followed by finishing. New walls constructionand door installation, plastering, painting and finishing works. Full new bathroom installation.
All work was completed efficiently and on time. Moreover since that project Vadim is always available for consultation and advice even outside the scope of previous renovation, and even now far after the project is completed, he remains available for consultations.
We highly recommend his services and will definitely use him again if needed.

Wij zijn erg tevreden over de werkzaamheden van Kacta bouw, het betrof schilderwerkzaamheden, alles volgens afspraken uitgevoerd; Zijn blij met eindresultaat. Wij raden het bedrijf aan en gaan vaker gebruik maken van hun diensten.

KacTa bouw, Vadim, heeft in ons hele huis al het houtherstel- en verfwerk gedaan en al het muurherstel- en verwerk inclusief plafonds. Zeer tevreden over het resultaat. De mannen van KacTa bouw werk netjes en nauwkeurig. Alles wordt eerst afgeplakt en losgeschroefd alvorens te beginnen. Daarna alles schuren, controleren en oneffenheden herstellen. Vervolgens verven tot het mooi egaal dekkend is. Als een extra laag nodig wordt dat gedaan net zolang tot resultaat naar tevredenheid is.

Wij kozen voor KACTA Bouw en hun professionele team omdat het bij de selectie van aannemers al snel duidelijk was dat dit team niet alleen hun beloften nakomt, maar zelfs meer doet. Vanaf het eerste contact werden al onze wensen doorgenomen. Ze stelden gerichte vragen en kwamen met verbeterplannen. Bovendien waren ze altijd bereikbaar en zeer proactief in hun communicatie.

Ons klushuis is grondig aangepakt, van een nieuwe badkamer en keuken tot tegelen, elektra en stucwerk. Alles werd tot in detail perfect afgeleverd. Vadim en zijn team zijn daarnaast erg vriendelijk, werken hard en zijn pas tevreden met de oplevering als deze 200% in orde is. Als je op zoek bent naar vakmanschap, kies dan voor dit team!

I recently hired KACTA Bouw to carry out some major repairs in my house, and I'm very much satisfied with the results. Over the course of 2+ weeks, they replaced my kitchen furniture, installed a new gas boiler, and laid down new flooring. From start to finish, the team was professional, diligent, and highly skilled.

What stood out to me the most was their responsible approach to work and strict adherence to deadlines. They completed everything exactly when they said they would, which is a rare quality in this industry. The head of the company was personally involved in the process and he paid a lot of attention to details. I like it.

Highly recommended company. All work has been done in time. Kitchen, bathroom, kids room and living room. Good cooperation and an attention to the details.

Everything done on time. Quality of work is very good. We do not have to come back and think about those points again. First time we worked at april 2023.

Full renovation in a 2-bedroom apartment was done about 5 years ago and holds very well still. It was a hassle-free experience working with the team, they've done the works quickly and did fit into the preannounced timeframe, which was important for me. Highly recommend.
