Karen was so supportive guiding me through the process of achieving my SVQ. Karen is approachable, reassuring and encouraging. She is an asset to Kaizen Training. I looked forward to our meetings and always felt good after them. She made the process simpler than I thought it would be. Would highly recommend Kaizen Training!

Refresher on moving and assisting was extremely useful and helped me to keep my skill fresh in order to ensure that I'm carrying out my best practice. I attended Moving and Assistance refresher training course. The training provided was exceptional. The content was relevant and helpful. Hannah provided us with lots of useful hints and tips to make techniques easier for everyone involved. I really enjoyed the course and I would definitely recommend to everyone working in health and social care.

Was in training in Hamilton this morning , my trainer Hannah was excellent at delivering the course , I was taught new techniques that I will be able to use in my services and am eager to demonstrate these new techniques to the rest of my team

Good communication from management and admin staff during process and supplied the training services to an area geographically cumbersome. Training instructor found to be amenable and patient with the trainees.

Just finished my training with Kaizen with Hannah which I can honestly say was fantastic. Hannah made it so easy to understand and she was extremely approachable I was so nervous before the training but left feeling confident and happy with what I have learnt

Training is good. Hannah was very chill, made it a lot easier since i was nervous. Enjoyed the practical work of moving and handling. Easy to follow all the slides. Lots of breaks as well which was good.
