False advertisement!!!! The lanterns are only 5 1/2" x 5 1/2" clearly not what they show and the lens is not clear and distorts whatever effect the company was going for. BUYER BEWARE.... Don't buy expecting large lanterns. Lesson learned.

I contacted Kaliqo regarding the solar lamps I recently received from my order placed through their Instagram promotion. Unfortunately, the items delivered were not as advertised:

The lamps are much smaller than what was shown in the promotional images.

They are made of frosted plastic instead of glass, as suggested online.

The overall quality is poor and does not match the product representation.

This is a clear case of false advertising and misrepresentation. I am extremely disappointed with this purchase, and I cannot accept the products in their current state.

If I could give this company a zero I would we received four of their silly ass lanterns nothing like was on the website and what they claim to be selling cheap junk. Two of them were broken. They do work, but they’re the scariest excuse of the solar lantern do not purchase.

If only I could give 0 stars!! I would.

False and deceptive advertising! They are a total scam. Don't waste your money.

The lanterns show a product 28 x 12 cm. But they deliver a tiny version that is only a fraction of that. In fact, it is shorter than an 20 oz Aquafina water bottle.

SCAM!!! I only received two very small white plastic lanterns that do not come on at night. They are tiny pieces of junk. DO NOT BUY THIS PRODUCT. I contacted them to let them know that I did not receive all the items, and they that were not as described. I was told that I cannot return them, and that the measurements included the little rope used to hang them. I said I need 6 more as they were buy four and get four free. I was told that I didn't check the little box for the extras when I ordered them.... WHAT??? Total SCAM

Not even 1 star. Do not ever buy anything from this company in China. Complete ripoff. They show a picture then send a completely different item. Returning anything is a shit show. You will never get your money back and never get anything resembling what you think you ordered.

Pictures are very misleading, lights are nowhere near the size shown in the video and definitely not value for money. Don't waste your money!

This was a horrific experience. Customer service has been terrible to deal with. As others have indicated, the product is not what you've been led to believed you've purchased. These would be $10 on Temu - huge rip off and I've not received a refund despite many attempts.

This product is a complete scam as it looks like I could have bought them at the dollar store if that.
There is no glass it is plastic and the flickering lights are so fake! They did take weeks to get and when they were delivered by the driver who literally threw them on my porch.

The product does not look like the picture or video as advertised. The lanterns are not glass but cheap plastic and teeny tiny. They are also overpriced for the poor quality this product offers. Save your money. DO NOT BUY!

I would give it ZERO stars if that option was available. Please STAY AWAY from this FRUAD / SCAM. The images suggest a 12-14 inch high light when in fact it is closer to 3-1/2" tall. If you order direct from them, the situation is worse. They want you to ship back at your minimum cost via UPS of $150. Stay away from this cheap Chinese product.

I don't even think deserve 1 star should be a negative 10. This place is a scam. They are extremely deceitful in advertising their lanterns. I foolishly bought 2, when I FINALLY received them I was shocked. They were not Large lanterns as shown in their videos with a person using two hands to hold them but they are the size of a small Mason jar or a small coffee cup, even the glass is frosted not clear. This place is a rip off bunch of lying thieves. $ 135 lesson learned. FB and Amazon should vetted these shysters before allowing g them to steal from consumers.

I was very disappointed in the size of, the advertised product was made to look much bigger. Actual size is about 4x6 inches. Construction looks very cheap, this was made for about $5 and sold for $35. I feel that considering the advertisement and construction I would not recommend purchasing.

These look NOTHING like the ad. They’re the size of a small grapefruit at best. Not glass looking. Cheap plastic. They don’t work. They took forever to get here as they’re NOT USA. They come in more than a month from CHINA. They offered a 20% return due to not working and false description. I had to file a charge back with AFFIRM. SCAM

Zeer teleurstellende ervaring met de aankoop van lampen bij Kaliqo. De lampen zijn aanzienlijk kleiner dan wat er in de advertentie werd weergegeven. Dit voelt als bedrog. Ik kan het absoluut niet aanbevelen om hier te kopen.

Tota Scam...not at all what was seen in th video. the lights are tiny and don't work. Totally misleading video

This company is a joke. I had to change the address for shipping, and they sent my shipment to another state. The error was 100% on their end, and after repeated emails (their only means of customer service) with them telling me I had to retrieve the items from the address they shipped them to, I finally just cancelled the charge from my credit card. DON’T WASTE YOUR TIME AND MONEY WITH THESE IDIOTS

Buyer beware - total scam. These are cheap 4” plastic lanterns that look nothing like the photos in the website. They also do not honor their return policy that is posted on the website. After multiple emails, I agreed to a 60% refund just to recover some of my money. They have yet to credit my card. I’m so angry!

Same as all the other reviews! Total scam from what was advertised on the site and IG ad. The photos on the site and IG ad depict a three feet high lantern. A man is kneeling down placing the lantern on the ground, it's clearly a very large item. And for $70.00, it should be a quality product! But as soon as I received it, it was obviously from China. And the lanterns were NOTHING like the ad. They are about 3 inches high, and the glass is opaque, NOT clear like the picture. Website says they 100% refunds within 100 days. Then later it reads within 30 days, and they will pay for return shipping. WRONG again! I tried to return and was told I had to pay for shipping to CHINA. The site actually says returns to California, but the email correspondent told me China. Additionally, I will only get a full refund if I pay for return shipping to China. Well that costs me $100. You do the math. Then they offered 20% return. Gee thanks...they're supposedly giving me $14.00 back after I paid $70 for the lanterns, then $100 for shipping back to China. DO NOT BUY!!

It’s a scam the lamps you receive are very much smaller than shown on the website and in the promotional video.
Tried to contact support to request refund however suddenly no email goes through all my emails are classified as spam and returned immediately.
