Kalkine Canada Advisory Services Inc レビュー

Very poor. Check my communication
Hello Kakine Support Team,

I am writing to formally address a service agreement issue and request a pro-rated refund for services not rendered.
In early July, I was contacted by your representative, Nick, regarding the email service I had initially opted for. During our discussion, he proposed an upgrade to an "elevated service" package. This was presented as a monthly subscription of $230 with an 18-month contract, offering specific asset names, and timing for buying and selling.
Following this conversation, I discovered a single deduction of $4678 from my account instead of the agreed-upon monthly charge. When I inquired about this discrepancy, Nick informed me that this was for a high-value, discounted package covering the entire 18-month duration upfront, leaving me no practical option but to accept the charge.
The service commenced around July 18th. For the first two months, Nick provided regular guidance on dividend and growth stocks, including specific buy, hold, and sell recommendations, as promised. However, after that initial period, the frequency and quality of communication declined significantly.
Crucially, as of October 6th, the service and all communication from Nick stopped entirely.I tried to call him multiple times at 343-700-0793 to connect, but it went to voice mail everytime.

I received active service for a period of less than three months (July 18th to October 6th), yet I have paid for the full 18 months upfront. The terms of the agreement were not fulfilled after October 6th.
I request your urgent attention to this matter. I am seeking a refund for the remaining unused portion of my 18-month contract, along with any applicable taxes charged for the service that was not provided.
Please investigate this situation immediately and provide me with a clear plan of action within five (5) business days.
After that 2 different people contact since then, but none of them helped me with those charges and trading. for last 6 months I m only getting the default mails nothing more than that. Please think before paying such scammer .

Kalkaline is a great platform with real insights on the stocks that anyone can rely on. Thanks to Yaash and Asher for chasing me and explaining the details and for giving recommendations.

I had an awesome customer service experience with Demi, from Kalkine. she was very clear and informative throughout our call.

Demi was very supportive. She walked me through the entire process, explaining every detail and answered all questions very patiently. She was knowledgeable, meticulous and thorough. I am very happy for the support.

It was my first interaction with Demi for an introductory session after i subscribed to Kalkine a day before. I would like to appreciate the way she walked me through the platform and helped me understand the key points along with answering my questions in a very professional manner. I hope i will go a long way with Kalkine with this level of support

Call was to get clarification on various reports, person was good to explain the details.

Demi from Kalkine customer support was very helpful in walking me through the various reports and explain the details. While I do manage my investments myself and have a fair market knowledge, I am not an active stock market investor or short-term trader. She was able to answer all my questions and helped me on how can I benefit from the research reports I have subscribed to and other available reports that I might be interested in.

I got the answers to most of my questions. And the person was very professional too.

Demi, She explain the procedure very well.

I had a great experience working with Kalkine, especially Mohmmed and his team(Demi).

I had an excellent experience with Kalkine Canada Advisory Services Inc.(Mohammed & Amy and Udit). From the very beginning, their team demonstrated a deep understanding of my financial goals and provided clear, actionable advice that made a real difference. Communication was timely and professional throughout the entire process, and I always felt confident that my interests were their priority.

What stood out most was how they took the time to explain complex topics in a way that was easy to understand. The level of expertise and attention to detail was exceptional, and I was impressed with the tailored solutions they recommended.

I highly recommend Kalkine Canada Advisory Services Inc. to anyone seeking reliable, knowledgeable, and client-focused financial advisory services. They exceeded my expectations, and I’ll definitely be returning for future guidance.

STAY AWAY unless you want to continuously pay fees for bare bones investment advice. What they say and what you get are grossly misaligned

I had the privilege of working with Demi, who i found to be very knowledgeable and always gave clear and consice information into each stock we discussed.

Honest reviews - helpful tips on when to buy/sell/hold. There's always some loser picks with the winners, but on the whole, I am ahead. I am on track to more than recover the fees paid with my earnings.

I am new user at kalkine and Amy had given good information on how to get started to use and leverage the services they offer. Looking forward to the journey with Kalkine.

So far, great experience.

My rating is on overall impression on the introductory call with Amy and the kind of information provided by Kalkine through various reports and daily recommendations. Amy is very professional and was able to answer all my queries with clarity and quality of content.

I've just started my subscription with Kalkine and so far it has been good. Both Ali and Asher explained everything to me in details and answered all my questions.
