Buyer's beware this company is a SCAM!!! I made a one time purchase in December 2026. On the website Oratonics.com. The website is a trap that slightly snigs you up for a subscription. On the Shopify platform. Which I'm not a member of. So I had absolutely no way to cancel. The website Oratonics.com has no option of canceling anything. Even though it has cancel anytime. I was charged a second time in January 2026 I contacted the Better Business Bureau in the State I live in. And was told because the company's address is in Delaware. They would transfer my complaint. To the Better Business Bureau in Delaware. The Better Business Bureau in Delaware contacted me. And said this company does not exist in Delaware this company is in a different country.It's not in the USA.And urged me to contact my credit card company for cyber crimes. Subscription Scam!!!!!! Do not order anything from this website or anything associated with it. Its garbage.

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS WEBSITE! This company is operating a subscription scam. I made a ONE-TIME purchase in December, and they silently enrolled me in a hidden "autoship" program without my consent.

On Jan 8th, they charged my credit card again ($67.92 USD) for products I never ordered and definitely do not need. I have tried contacting their support immediately to cancel and refund, but they are ignoring my emails.

They operate under the name "Kandy For Scale LLC" (based in Delaware) and use misleading advertising to trap customers. I am reporting this to the ACCC, Scamwatch, and my bank as fraud. If you have been charged, call your bank immediately to file a chargeback!

Dont use this website, its a scam. The quality of the adverts you can edit to your own and absolutely terrible. I would expect a class of 10 year olds to be able to produce something better. Cant believe we bought this for our business. DO NOT BUY.

Yesterday I ordered the Kandy Statics Pack | 100 Canva Templates for Business Services and got the 29 Scale Principles as a gift. I got the email to download my products. But unfortunately I don't have access to it. I get sent to a dumb typeform and answer some questions and after I was directed to Notion. But I don't have access to this Notion file. Already emailed them but still no reaction from them. Is it so hard to deliver a digital product ?

I just purchased the 500 templates for health and beauty brands, and I have to say the quality is really impressive. They truly overdeliver in terms of content and value, and honestly, I don’t understand why there are so many negative reviews here. Maybe some of their other products aren’t as strong, but for just a few bucks, this one provides a ton of value and will be super helpful for our brand.

This is a scam.
They don’t respond anywhere, not by email, not by phone, not on social media. There is zero communication. This needs to be reported to Meta so their account gets blocked. I honestly don’t understand how they’re still allowed to operate.

When I try to download what I bought I always had to fill out a form to then be forwarded where I couldn’t access or download the product I bought. I have contacted support via mail but never got a response.

They sent me a broken link and didn’t reply or help me get the product. I can’t get my money back nor what I ordered. Do not recommend.

Hi bought 29 Kandy Statics Pack | 1000 Canva & Figma Templates I it was to messy. A lot of templates that make no sense. Only 3 niches... A waste of time.

I asked for a refund inside the 14 days policy with "no questions asked. Yep no questions, but no anwsers too.

A fraud and scam. Don't EVER buy anything from this guy.

I purchased a digital product from this company after reading their clearly stated 14-day no-questions-asked money-back guarantee. Despite knowing the templates might not fully suit my brand (home fragrance), I trusted their policy and decided to give it a try.

Within just one hour of purchase, I realized the templates were completely unsuitable and immediately requested a refund. Instead of honoring their own policy, their support team began pushing back, demanding “constructive feedback” and refusing to refund me unless they personally deemed my reason valid—completely contradicting the “no-questions-asked” claim on their website.

I followed up multiple times, and now they are completely ignoring my emails. This feels deceptive and dishonest. If you’re considering buying from them based on their refund guarantee—don’t. The policy appears to be a marketing trick, not something they actually stand behind.

Extremely disappointed. This was a small purchase, but the lack of integrity speaks volumes.
