I recently purchased jewelry from this Karaters, and I couldn’t be more pleased with my experience. The pieces are absolutely beautiful—elegant, well-crafted, and even more stunning in person than I expected.

I had a great experience ordering my tennis bracelet through Jessica. She was extremely helpful throughout the process and even offered me a complimentary lock upgrade, which I really appreciated. On top of that, I was pleasantly surprised to receive complimentary diamond studs as well. The overall service was excellent — smooth, professional, and thoughtful. He was extremely helpful, honest and I didn't get a sense that he was pushing any product but speaking openly and honestly regarding each of my questions. I have since had more questions and as always he is very patient and helpful. Because of him it has been a wonderful experience.

I had a wonderful experience with Karaters from start to finish. Before purchasing, I called to ask if they would honor a price adjustment if the tennis bracelet I wanted went on sale for Valentine’s Day, and they confirmed they would.

After placing my order, the bracelet did go on sale while I was waiting for it to ship. I emailed Karaters, and Jessica was fantastic—she quickly confirmed the delivery timeframe and processed my refund without hesitation.

My bracelet arrived yesterday (and even included a complimentary pair of stud earrings). I was blown away by the quality, beautiful packaging, and the included appraisal. I highly recommend Karaters!

I made a customer order on January 5th. They are quite responsive...until you pay...then you need to request updates as they don't offer them. It was approved and moved to production on January 9th. Based on the website advertisement: "We'll craft your ring and deliver it in under 7 days" and "custom orders ship with overnight delivery." I was told on January 16th when my ring was ready, "we don't do overnight delivery, it is 2-day shipping and we don't do weekend delivery, so you'll get it Monday or Tuesday." My package actually arrived in my hometown on Sunday, but the special handling instructions from Karaters says "Weekday delivery only." So, while Fedex is coming to my house anyways today with a different order, they will not deliver my ring. They are holding it for an extra two days due to the delivery instructions from Karaters. I'm always a bit skeptical of a company who changes their processes and promises once you give them money. It breaks down trust and it's something other buyers should be me mindful of because timelines are important when ordering fine jewelry.

*I do appreciate the response below, though I believe you are thinking of someone else. I never received communication about a closure or team being out. The text I received prior to purchase promised overnight delivery. When I paid the balance once the ring was finished that changed to 2-day and not on weekends. The only mention of January 20th was after the ring was finished and if I wanted them to delay the shipment to take pictures. I opted out of the pictures and they shipped on the 16th as confirmed on the 14th. I did send you an email today with photos of correspondence.

Mark Beliski assisted me, and I truly cannot say enough good things about the experience. He went above and beyond to ensure both pieces arrived in time for the holidays, and he even upgraded one of the items as a courtesy for the inconvenience.

Christine really went out of her way to make sure I got my Karater's bracelet on time so my daughter could receive the gift she's been longing for on Christmas day. When it looked like FedEx would not get it here on time, she called the company to expedite the shipment. It arrived less than 24 hours later and it is gorgeous. Perhaps Santa's sleigh was involved. Great job, Christine!

I purchased a pair of large diamond earrings for my daughter as a Christmas gift. They arrived today - with expedited shipment - and absolutely took my breath away! They are beautiful and the documentation that arrived with them - fantastic.

I have been searching for a channel set tennis necklace for years and found the one I had been searching for on Karaters.com.
