Karcher limiter dans le temps pour le gel pas rembourser arnaque pas acheter

Impossible de valider un code promo via Benefits at Work.
Après plus d’une semaine d’appels auprès de différents opérateurs, une promotion ne peut pas s’appliquer sur un article déjà en réduction…
Soit, c’est entendable.
Mais alors, plusieurs incohérences demeurent :
Lorsque je fais, avec une opérateur en ligne, une simulation sur un article non soldé, le code promo ne fonctionne pas non plus.
Passer par le site Benefits at Work n’a donc strictement aucun intérêt, puisque la réduction supplémentaire réservée au clients Benefits at Work ne s’applique quand même pas.
Résultat : une perte de temps considérable, et une impression flagrante de mauvaise foi. Les réponses du service client semblent surtout destinées à décourager toute réclamation et à vous inciter à abandonner.
Très déçue par la marque qui est manifestement incapable d’assumer ses engagements.

Produit Kärcher WW 6 Plus P acheté le 26/11/2025 (facture n° 332271714).
Défectueux dès la première utilisation : il laisse des traces visibles sur les surfaces et ne respecte pas les performances annoncées.
J’ai envoyé trois réclamations pour demander un remboursement intégral, sans aucune réponse du vendeur.
Service client inexistant et non-respect de la garantie légale de conformité.
Je déconseille fortement ce produit et cette marque.

Just do not buy from their website as they are NOT to be trusted at all! I have placed an order on the 13th of May and still have not heard nothing at all from them until today when I decided to call them just to understand what was going on only to have one of their worker telling me they do not deal with online orders on the phone but only through an email ! I have sent 4 emails since the very first day and they have never had the decency to reply to let me know what happened to an order IMMEDIATELY FULLY PAID! I would have thought their website was super safe to buy through but I was wrong! I am incredibly disappointed with their service which is completely inexistent! You are nothing without your clients and you should provide them with a support and not ignoring them after they have paid! AVOID THIS WEBSITE!

Een floorcleaner gekocht voor mijn dochter.
Het was een dubbelkoop en dus teruggestuurd.
Van dan af echte kafkaiaanse toestanden.
Zelfs mét bewijzen dat het product opgestuurd is verwijst de ene naar de andere.
Ze gingen alles onderzoeken en me op de hoogte houden.
Tot op heden nog niets vernomen.
Jammer voor zo'n bedrijf.

Tijd geleden een karcher K4 Full Control gekocht. Na 1 maand toevoer speciale karcher vloeistof (inwendig) los. Na 2,5 maand inwendig lekken, oorzaak lekkend koppelstuk. Tot slot spoot het water weer (op een uitwendig) aan alle kanten er uit. Wij hebben het ECHT he-le-maal gehad met deze fabrikant!!! Je betaalt meer voor de 'naam' voor zover die nog wat waard is, want de apparaten zijn zelfdestructief.

Déjà le deuxième acheté, il tombe en panne rapidement.
Une fois démonté, je me rends compte que le mécanisme n'est pas étanche, l'eau inonde le moteur qui se grippe. La cuve de la pompe est en 2 parties, sans joint, ou si peu. Mauvaise conception, produit non durable.

Oktober 2022 een K7 Hogerdruk gekocht. Na 11 maanden spuitlans kapot. Valt buiten de garantie.
Bizar, want zo vaak had ik hem niet gebruikt.
Als je als particulier de duurste variant koopt, verwacht je niet dat je na 11 maanden al een spuitlans kapot. Moet er niet aan denken dat ik iedere 11 maanden een nieuwe spuitlans moet kopen. Geen Kaercher meer voor mij op deze manier.
Karcher servicedesk stelt zich zakelijk op. Ik blijf erbij, een consument mag hier meer verwachten, een spuitlans hoort langer mee te gaan dan 11 maanden.
