It was the first time that I'd had anything done to my eyebrows so I was quite nervous. Vicky put me at my ease and discussed the whole process with me in detail in a friendly and professional manner.
Initially when I saw my new self, I was a little uncertain, but now I've got used my brows, I'm very pleased with the result. The shape is really good and they look quite natural. From the very first communication with Angie (who was fabulous) to the brow retouch appointment, everything has been amazing. Carrina was literally working with a blank canvas as I have Alopecia so no hair at all, not even eyebrows hence the appointment to have them micro-bladed. She is so professional and so talented - I am absolutely in love with my new brows. It took me 20 years to make the decision to have them done as I was nervous as it's so visible on the face if it went wrong. I needn't have worried and my only regret is not having them done sooner! I contacted Karen 12 years ago having lost the colour and shape of my lips due to an over-aggressive laser treatment.
