Karhu is an incredible brand I will be supporting for a lifetime. Firstly, the shoes are impeccable quality — creative, comfortable, timeless. Furthermore, their customer service is one of a kind. I’ve reached out to them on numerous occasions and always been impressed with the attention to the customer experience. They are understanding, prompt, and generous. I just gifted my friend a pair of shoes, and she’s in love, too! Their overall brand and the team behind it is evidently aligned and intentional.

Did not receive my parcel. Not sure where the courier left the parcel, but he lied. He wrote on the delivery receipt that my delivery address has a receptionist( with whom he left the delivery)...it does not!
I've emailed Karhu customer service, twice! in the last 2 wks. Reasonably requesting a refund.
I've still had no response from the company.
3 items were expected in the parcel.
Will never buy from the brand again.

Sneakers fit perfectly - and no delivery issues!

I was looking for something well-made and stylish, that looked different from the thousands of mostly white trainers available out there. I did not expect to find them in Finland! This was my third attempt to buy shoes online, so I was relieved that they looked as good as the photos, were well made AND they actually fit!
