I ordered a face serum that I have been using for a year from this site sadly falling for the lower price..I did recieve the product and payed 2k+ on cod..But on opening the product I found that the product was a fake...It was a soapy substance inside the bottle which was lathering and bubbling even on wash off..So disappointed.

Its a scam dont ever pay for the products before delivery

Did not deliver one of the product and also one product they delivered was in bad condition with stains on it and it was near expiry product which was manufactured 2 years ago and did not reven replaced it when I requested a replacement.

Hi kuch dino pahle maine Google se check karke biotin suppliment order order Kiya,, uske baad yaha negative review dekh ke Darr gya ki, ab to medicine bhi gya aur paise bhi gye,, fir diye hue no. Pe call Kiya,, so unohne kaha ki apka order time pe apko mil jayega,,, aur time pe mujhe biotin suppliment mil gya 🙂

The cost of products on Karissakart is highly competitive compared to Pharmeasy , 1mg , Clinically , Trumeds etc.

Like any other buyer i was about to close the page , but i thought let me give a call and try.

Now the number which people are calling and not getting response , i have no clue about that but the number 9352896389 on the website belongs to Ankit Jain.
Picked up in 3rd ring and assured me that they conduct clean business practices.

Took a leap of faith , placed the order not only i got it on time but the tracking was on shiprocket so i could see real time updates.

I order several creams by my dermac on a monthly basis and i will be using exclusively from Karissakart.

I have placed order from their site. Didn’t receive product or money back . No response on mail .there is no connect on given phone number or live chat . Everything is fake here . I have placed order 1400 and paid the amount and I lost the money as they are giving product.

Never received the order or the refund. Before ordering on March 4, 2024, i talked to them and confirmed order will be received within 3 business days, it never came. So i asked them to cancel the order. They said they will. Never received the refund, so followed up. This time they said order has dispatched, so we need to wait for it to come back to them before initially rto. I waited. Order was attempted delivery after 3 weeks, but no one was home, so it was sent back. After 1 week i received an email saying order has been cancelled and no refund has been issued. I waited another 2 weeks thinking refund will be issued. Then followed up on the refund and now they wont pick up the call or reply to the messages. Its been 45 days since i lost Rs 3,456.

I recently ordered acne moist combo but I got only one tube when am reaching out to the customer care they are not responded after so many trails i got refund.

When will I get the package
Either deliver the package or give me back my money

Please Never ever brought product from this site.Just a scam site.I ordered one mintop of 120 ml and paid the money around 1350 rs and what i got was only 60ml.Mailed 5-10 times and not even a single response.From january 1 st 2024 tried to contact them and no response at all.Instead of cheating people and live,better die or go for stealing.

karissakart.com is a scam and fraud. Please dont order anything from them. My sister in law fell for the trap and ordered cream from this site worth some 500 rupees. They advertised the product price as lower than regular sites such as Amazon, flipcart. The order was never received because they never dispatch anything.

Its advance level of scam. They will make you install apps on your phone and make you transfer 5 rs and in the process wipe out all your banks deposits. Somehow her damage was only worth 500 rs, else they would have wiped out the entire bank amount.

Stay away. I cant me more clear that this.

Never buy. They said i will receive an email once order is ready and i never received any intimation. Now working to get my money back.
