Heswall office -Awful service. Since my tennancy ended recently Its been quite a while since had any outcome regarding summary or deposit. Have contacted agency and spoken with Daniel who was okay while I was Tennant now that's ended. I have received nothing but poor communication. I have every right to contact my agency if I haven't heard anything after 10 days regarding my deposit explaining to them I have spoken to my landlord a lot and it's just going around in circles but I'm not even disputing anything I would just like a final outcome which not receiving. Called my agency a few times to see if they could follow up as I'm not getting anywhere and instantly no. I'm sure this agency is just supposed to help to follow up by not evening arguing just to see if there's any update as I'm not getting anywhere. I feel really let down.
Barely any communication(6 days in without ANY water supply
Barely any communication, took the money and legged it, left us with no water in the new home with a mystery stop c0ck ,the woman who's house it were is also to blame for this horrendous situation as she turned off the water , 145.000 for a house with no water ,now plumbing fees through the roof ,cheers guys another excellent review (not) using the local gym toilets and showers currently, its a mystery how to how to find the cluedo stop c0ck the plumber doesn't know neither do united utilities, ive had easier games of chess and less costly.
Doors hanging by a thread ,and the airing cupboard falling to bits , oh and the bedroom door handle came off in my hand when I turned it the other day.
Who knew we would be buying a house that the third world would recommend.

Sales on our property fell through due to their lack of communication. We withdraw our sale with them and received an outstanding service from BFL, who managed to get full asking price and completion in 9 weeks. Would not recommend.

Donât trust these idiots with anything, they are incompetent beyond belief and are only interested in making money. They have no interest in supporting their tenants and just let landlords do what they like. Canât wait for May 26 when tenants will be able to put these people where they belong

Very rude clueless staff, cannot even get to speak to a director to complain, emails to him are passed off to a very rude young lady, who is clueless. Stay clear at all costs!!!!!
Property management for rentals
The rentals/property management of Karl Tatler are utterly useless. Almost redundant in terms of what they offer (especially from taking their premium service). Mistakes drawing up contracts, useless in terms of communication or following up with requests that have been made for tenants/property checks etc. I wouldnât recommend this service to anyone, theyâve cause more hassle and stress and resulted in the loss of thousands of pounds on my property directly due to their mismanagement.

I was selling my parents bungalow when we went with them they said they had over 200 people interested that was a lie only had 3 people and it was the third couple that put offer in 2 months down the line. Christine Billington was dealing with me as complication was drawing close she became very pushy asking alot of questions especially about my sister property she was buying which had nothing to do with her as their was no chain also she wasn't happy as she wanted to complete earlier than the date we had in mind. We had not heard from Christine after we exchanged to complication which was 6 weeks which in my opinion is very rude and not perfessional.Also watch out when they say what the percentage is to sell your house they don't tell you their is vat to add on which we found out when we got the bill.

The Greasby Branch was very poor to say the least.
They showed all the wonderful statistics of how they are the best.
As soon as I signed the agreement it all changes, sales executive it was given to (Jess) was useless and got one viewer for the time it was with them. Handed over at one stage to a young gentleman who managed to get two.
Went in sit with Jess to see why it's not moving as we had put an offer on another property. She said its priced a bit high (was their evaluation not mine) so I lowered it.
Had made the decision they price high as their fees are the highest on the wirral, went it to give them written notice of 14 days as per their contract. Offered Jess the letter she we don't need that will enter into system.
So the first day we put it on the market with another estate agent we get a call from Noah saying we were in breach of contract, why you may ask? Jess had not entered anything on the system.
I work a lot with companies on Voice of the customer (VOC) They simply don't understand it. Trying to send an email to Karl Tatler himself is some what difficult for obvious reasons, but I will find a way.
