As a growing company, we don’t yet have 24/7 phone support, but our contact number is on our website, and we strive to respond to all emails within 24-48 hours. We’re committed to being as responsive as possible to ensure our customers feel supported.

Regarding dosage, everyone’s experience can vary. While some enjoy a more intense journey, many of our customers find that 1/2 to 1 gummy is ideal—it really comes down to personal preference and familiarity with mushrooms. The journey typically lasts around 2.5-4 hours, and I personally enjoy it during the day to enhance focus at work or while spending time outdoors. Setting and headspace can make a big difference in your experience as well!
