Worst shopping experience ever. My order never came. They never shipped it even though I reminded them many times. They promise delivery within 2-3 workdays. I tried to get contact with costumer service but it took several attempts to get an response. That has happend every time i tried to get contact. They stop answering or take several days to reply. I needed to contact Klarna and report the missing product.

As a ”good will” for the trouble they wanted to offer a full refund if i returned the product? (It never came) And 20% off my next order?

Terrible brand/company.
I ordered a dress and first of all— shipping took an extremely long time but considering they are a small brand, I didn’t complain about it. But i received the incorrect size from what I had ordered and I have been emailing and messaging on Instagram to try to get a hold of someone and nothing. Terrible terrible customer service. If I could give 0 stars I would. Quality isn’t even good and worth all this trouble. I will be disputing this with my bank.

Terrible terrible costumer service. Do not buy from this online shop. I waited way too long for them to ship the product to me. Then I received it and it did not live up to my expectations. I wanted to return the product but could not get in contact with costumer service at all. They dont reply. Its awful. Not on email or instagram. Awful service. Then after more than a week they reply but im not happy with this. Then I wait one week further or so for a reply again on email. The process of return was way too long. Until now I’m still not done with them. When I returned the product I had to pay for the return which is fair enough, but once they received it they charged me money for the return. How does that make any sense? I just returned the product and paid for shipping with my own money and then they charge me further for shipping?!? I warn you dont spend your money or time with Kasa Studios. Terrible start up company. They obviously don’t know how to treat their costumers right.
