KASE Care have been supporting my son for some time now. The staff we have come to us are fantastic, very attentive, kind, compassionate and caring. They have bonded ever so well. The management team are easy to reach and very accessible. I would highly recommend KASE Care for caring for any loved one.

Kase Care is an astounding agency to work for, and I am honoured to be apart of the team.

I am impressed with their attention to detail and their will to go the extra mile on all accounts, both on behalf of service users and employees. Kase Care continuously strive to better their services by analysing and adapting to changes effectively, I have also found that communicating with them is clear and transparent, open and honest. The training I have received is impeccable and detail orientated, I feel well supported and confident in my role.

Arranged telephone interview but wasn't called. Arranged 2nd telephone interview and for the 2nd time not called. They are advertising a job that is miles away from where the position actually is. Keep changing the wording on the advertisement and still not getting the job location right. Need to be a lot more professional and learn to read a map.

I have received tremendous support from the management team in the form of regular check-Ins to assess workload, address concerns, regular supervisions, the on call services and rapid response

Working for kase care has so far been the best since I started building my career as a carer, I always have the opportunity to learn new things everyday I go to work, I have learnt a lot of things that I haven’t learnt during my university placements and my practical classes. We heard of KaseCare through our local radio station at the time mum had suffered some fractures and needed support returning home from hospital.
From the first engagement, through arranging 24/7 care at home, and on to the current 4 visits a day they've been excellent.
They specifically recruited 2 carers for mum, both of who she adores.
Simply very good at helping the whole process of care provision straightforward.

I worked with Kase care on a professional level creating content for their website. All I can say is WOW the team are very professional, You could tell they really cared about the services they provided. The communication between the staff and client was very warm and welcoming. I worked very closely with the owners of the company and I must say they were humble and approachable and most of all you could tell they were keen about what they do and showed they really do pay attention to detail.

Extremely caring team that made the time to sit and listen to what my nan needed. Always listen to my concerns and help to put me at ease about the care she is receiving.

I didn't know where to turn...Kase care took all the stress from me.
From the moment I called them they were just incredible, reassuring, helpful and comforting.
