KASSU is a casino that is operated by the Genesis Group. Please take note of the complaints that you will find with these casinos all over the internet on review sites like this one or on Askgamblers. These are the exact same experiences that I have with casinos from this group. KASSU will do everything to delay a withdrawal/payout. For me, it took around 1 month to be verified as a customer. The casino is stalling verification when in their own T&Cs they state that the process should take 48-72 hours. As I said before, it took me a month to be verified and another 3 days to get paid. Their excuses are plenty and ridiculous. But they usually refer to being thorough etc. which is total BS.

I opened an account in April. Deposited $200 through Interac transfer and played it ok. Then deposited another $200 same method and it didnât get credited to my account.
I tried to use the live chat function in Kassu but it didnât work (said chat unavailable). I tried calling the phone number on their website and it was just a recording - no human answering.
So the only way to get in touch with them was through email. I sent them and email and received a response that the transaction didnât go through. Well, thatâs not true cuz the interac transfer did go through and funds were accepted. When I contacted the payment provider (Gigadat) they sent me an email confirm that Kassu received the funds.
That was at the end of April. It is now June and I still donât have my money. In the last month I have sent Kassu 13 emails. They only replied twice, and only after I complained to Gigadat and Gigadat contacted them on my behalf.
You can not call them or use chat on the website. They donât respond to emails.
For the first two weeks they didnt respond to me after saying they didnât receice the funds. Then they said they found the funds but still didnt credit me. It took another two weeks to actually see the missing money in my balance. I requested a withdrawal and sent them all my Id and now 2 weeks later, still waiting for the withdrawal to be processed.
I do NOT recommend ever signing up with this place. It feels like someone is running it out of their home and it is operated by 1 lazy person
